Friendly staff, great selection of drinks and snacks.
Bathroom door was broken and didn't close. Shower head leaked badly and Shower design poor, throwing water onto Bathroom floor. I hated the fact we had to wait 2 days for clean towels.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I slept very well. I usually don't sleep much but the bed was very comfortable and I slept all night.

Everything was excellent.
We were back to Missouri on vacation and decided to stay due to it not being that old of a hotel. When we checked in we noticed a presence of many Muslims but didn’t think anything of it. Maleek the front desk worker checked us in on the first floor. As we went down the hall corridor to our room the air wreaked of what smelled like burning cabbage. The room was nice and clean. Later in the evening when we got back, a very large presence of Muslims. As we relaxed in our room you could hear kids running up and down the halls. This went on sometimes until after midnight. Finally we had enough and went to the front desk to complain. Both Maleek and Joe said they would take care of it and the problem somewhat subsided. The next night the same thing, kids running up and down the halls on the floors above us and these Muslim parents doing nothing to monitor their children. Again, we went to the front desk. By that time, several other patrons were there complaining as well. Then the fire alarm went off. Either one of the kids running in the hall did it or someone was cooking garbage in their room due to the smell. We all went outside for quite sometime and the fire department never showed!! That was enough. The next morning we packed and went to the front desk. Glenn the manager was on duty and we expressed our dissatisfaction and requested a full refund. He apologized, said no problem and we went down to the Home 2 Suites that now had an opening. The problem is, Glenn the manager only gave us a partial reimbursement when he stated it would be a full refund. Folks, DO NOT waste your money by staying there. Go to Home2Suites, they are stellar compared to these people at Town Place.
There was a major problem with bugs near the front door and bathroom in my room on the first floor. But I won’t say it drastically altered my stay
