Another great APA hotel if minimal
Pros:

Very good service and clean comfortable rooms as expected from APA hotels. Really good location near Kanda station without too much noise heard from the room. Good wifi and other facilities

Cons:

Unusual lack of a laundrette should be noted. No ability to cool with the A/C (start of March so some warm nights). Only one elevator can result in long waits to get up/down.

Pros:

浴室が綺麗で使いやすかった
受付の方の対応が丁寧で親切。
給水、電子レンジがあるのはとても助かった。

Cons:

ベッドの高さが高いので、身長が低い私にとって、不便を感じた。
共有スペースの電子レンジのとってがひどく汚れていた。清掃をしっかり行ってほしい。

駅近を求めるならいいとおもいます。
Pros:

駅から近い、清潔でした。

Cons:

トイレの便座が冷たい。これだけは冬はちょっと辛いかもです。他のアパホテルはこんなこと思わなかったです。
部屋のエアコンが送風しかできない、温度管理されているからかもしれませんが、ちょっと寒かったです。
あと、エレベーターが一機なので、時間をもって出かけた方がよいです。

コンパクトな感じで過ごしやすかった。

Cons:

お風呂上がりに少し冷風にあたりたいと思ってエアコンを操作しようとしたら送風のみだった。他のホテルだと季節関係なく暖房でも冷房でも自由なところが多いのに。それで、エアコンの吹き出し口を見たら、何と全く掃除されていなくて、汚れとカビのようなシミでひどかった。

Local flare for Tokyo
Pros:

So convenient it was very local feel even for Tokyo. So many restaurants and Kombinis as well 3 minutes away from subway and very close to Tokyo station, Imperial Palace, Akihabra etc.
