Manager Ismail 人很親切，講話很幽默好笑，即使我的破英文，他也仍然沒有任何的不耐煩，飯店就在精華地段，露台就能看到很棒的view.整間hotel本身就是一個古蹟，連牆壁都是原汁原味的original.睡得非常舒服，晚上7點後還有免費的土耳其紅茶可以引用，早餐也是傳統土耳其早餐，整體就是非常舒服。很推薦其它人也一起來住。

I rarely say this as someone who travels often, but this hotel was absolutely perfect in every way.
Although it is located within a 10-minute distance from the city center, it sits on a hill with a शानदार location overlooking the beautiful townscape of Safranbolu.
The building, which is said to be 190 years old, offers a strong sense of history. At the same time, the interior—especially the sofas and bed arrangements—beautifully incorporates traditional Safranbolu craftsmanship in a stylish and elegant way. The bathroom was also very clean and well maintained.
What I would especially like to highlight is the wonderful breakfast. The table setting was charming, and instead of the typical buffet style, each guest was served an individual tray. In addition, freshly prepared warm dishes were brought to the table, which made the experience truly delightful and comforting.
Lastly, I would like to mention Ismal from the staff, who was always kind and attentive. His helpful and accurate sightseeing advice made my trip even more enjoyable.
Beautiful property with a beautiful view overlooking the town. Centrally located and clean. The host Ismail was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. He was always polite and supportive. Breakfast is served as you come to the dining area, hot, delicious and generous.
It’s a very nice hotel with great service and breakfast. The location is perfect and would definitely recommend.
The only thing is that if people talk too loud you can hear the noice. It is an old building/thin walls.

Parking moto sur la terrasse. Faites attention, pente en dévers et carpette humide ... j'en ai perdu la roue avant ... le voyage aurait pu s'arrêter là !
The location was excellent. The staff were always available and willing to help us plan our stay. The breakfast was a great start to the day and there was plenty of food. We were very well looked after and no question was ever a problem. A fabulous place to stay.
The room was small and there was no where to put suitcases.

The hotel was in the very old building where the athmosphere was really authentic. We booked the best room and it had 200 years old ceiling decoration, wonderful views to the lovely old city and linen with embroidery. There are small but clean and modern toilets and showers in the room. We also liked fresh and rich breakfast a lot. And last but not least - the manager Ismail was absolutely wonderful host taking care of everything you would need!

The host is very hospitable & helpful - assist with changing small amount of Turkish Lira, the room downstairs is provides good privacy, the breakfast is generous portion, of wide variety, and high quality.
We would appreciate hooks or hanger for the hand towels, in the bathroom.
My wife and I stayed here for one night, and it was the most memorable part of our trip to Safranbolu.
The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and very helpful even from the moment before we arrived. We understood that even if there is a challange regarding to arriving to hotel or leaving from Safranbolu, they would provide us all kind of extra help for our smooth Safranbolu experience. The hotel has the atmosphere of a traditional old Anatolian house, full of character and history, but at the same time it offers the comfort you need today, so it never feels inconvenient or outdated.
The view was simply incredible. Honestly, I think it is one of the best views in Safranbolu. We were planning to go to the nearby paid viewpoint terrace, but there was no need. The view from our room was already better than we expected.
Because of some transportation delays, we thought we had missed the chance to enjoy Safranbolu panaroma at night. We arrived tired and exhausted, but thanks to the view from the room, we still got to experience that beautiful night panorama without even leaving the hotel.
For anyone who wants to feel the spirit of Safranbolu or traditional Anatolian house vibes without giving up comfort, this place is a wonderful choice. Honestly, more than %50 of our Safranbolu experience comes from this hotel. Therefore, Safranbolu travelling should definitely include at least a couple of nights of staying in this hotel. We will definitely come back in future.
I seriously thought to give an answer to booking.com's question "What didn't you like?". But I couldn't find any single answer. Everything was simply perfect.
Un accueil irréprochable. Merci à İsmail et à son équipe de nous avoir fait sentir comme à la maison. Esprit convivial, charme de la chambre et petit déjeuné d’exception. Je recommande 1000fois. La météo n’a pas été au rendez-vous lors de notre séjour à Safranbolu mais le séjour au Seyir Konak Otel a largement compensé cela. Encore merci
