Pros:

Otelinizi çok beğendik. Odalar geleneksel bir tarzda döşenmiş ve gerçekten harika bir atmosfere sahipti. Safranbolu manzarası da muhteşemdi. Personel son derece ilgili, dikkatli ve misafirperverdi. Otele girişimiz sırasında ikram ettiğiniz çay da çok hoşumuza gitti; hem sunumu hem de lezzetiyle bizi çok mutlu etti. Sabah kahvaltısı ise gerçekten harikaydı.

Her şey için tüm ekibe çok teşekkür ederiz. Emeğinize ve güler yüzünüze sağlık. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle!

Safranbolu is worth a visit and Ismail makes it even more worthwhile.
Pros:

Ismail is the sweetest and most energetic manager I have ever met! He went out of his way to make sure everything was enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the location was ideal.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about the property.

The hotel itself was vintage like you are living in the old days

That I have to put out and wear my shoes every time I have to go in or out but that is part of the tradition and I respect that

Fabulous! I have never lived in a museum but I felt like home. Historical buildings combined with contemporary facilities. Every detail: lightning, handicrafts on beds, tables etc. demonstrates creativity, perfect taste and respect to the local cultural heritage. Ismail, the host, is so helpful and funny; he pays personal attention to each and every guest of this little hotel. Perfect location provides stunning views to the historical city from windows and terraces where good breakfast is served. Tea time every evening gives a good opportunity to share your time with your travel companions and to get acquainted with the friendliest ever host ... and other visitors.
