It Our 2br suite wasn’t what we expected, was not very comfortable.
Pros:

Charming courtyard and overall was clean. Cafe and cleaning staff were friendly.

Cons:

The place was very dark and the lighting was terrible, it might’ve been bright white LEDs. It made us feel like we were in an office building every night and I dreaded the sun going down. The AC units emitted a super bright white light that lit up our bedrooms every night. Pool was pretty cold so the kids didn’t swim. The tv didn’t work. The “full” kitchen was hard to cook in, not stocked with standards (no coffee machine, no paper towel, no salt, one blunt knife, one kitchen towel for 4 night stay). It felt more like an upscale hostel without comfortable amenities. Also we were charged an extra 500 pecos for an “extra person fee” to have a babysitter come for 3 hours during the day.

Nice place, great for families, quiet area of town and affordable!
Pros:

We felt safe, it was clean, it is pretty in the pool area, kitchens super convenient and SUPER staff.

Cons:

A kind of quirk - there is a towel issue that ended up intimidating us.
The lady who does laundry/linens is a bit of a gatekeeper. One really must thoroughly explain why she should issue you a kitchen (for example) towel. Then wait while she discusses extensively with someone on the phone whether your request could come to pass.
It is funnier after you get the towel you need, really.

It was ok but if we stayed again would have to be on an upper floor
Pros:

Close to beach. The food was really good and waiters were great.

Cons:

Noise above us. Sheets and blankets were quite rough. Ad stated we would have patio with garden view. We had a sliding door to pool area but no private patio.
When we left they also tried to charge for an extra key card we were never given. Make sure to have everything fully explained before signing

Pros:

This property is really lovely, it’s in a questionable area of town but once inside you can appreciate the beautiful rooms, the pool area and the decor. Lots of tropical plants and the staff were wonderful. There is a soccer field right across the street and nights were very noisy til quite late.
The bar and food at poolside was a plus. I stayed with many family members and we had 10 grandchildren enjoying the pool at times. It was down season so they had the pool almost exclusively to themselves and had such a fun time here. Quick walk to the beach and they have golf carts to rent to explore the town.
I had a two room suite with kitchen, bathroom and a little terrace right next to the pool. Comfortable and clean.

Pros:

Alan was great and friendly as well as the other stuff. There’s AC in the room which is nice considering the hot weather.
Check in was nice and easy.
Breakfast (which you have to buy separately) it’s good but options are limited, something to keep in mind if looking for a wide variety.
Rooms are not sound proof and we stayed in the first floor with access to the pool but you can literally hear people talking.
