É um hotel descomplicado, moderno, com instalações muito boas e apenas 3 apartamentos por andar. O atendimento é eficiente e simpático. O quarto é amplo, limpo, e a vista para Porto Madero (meu caso) é excepcional. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, farto, saudável, com atendimento personalizado. A localização é muito boa, com acesso à pé a vários locais de interesse cultural e turístico. Recomendo!

La experiencia fue muy agradable, era mi primera vez visitando Buenos Aires y siento que me aloje en el mejor lugar, la ubicación super segura, Puerto Madero un lugar muy seguro y limpio cerca a muchos atractivos turísticos; el personal del hotel siempre amables y prestos ayudarte en todo, llegue de madrugada y el joven que me recibió fue muy gentil, otro día necesitábamos un Limón y el joven de recepción nos lo consiguió muy amable; los desayunos que de hecho eran buffets, la verdad muy completos pero si capaz pudieran variar algunos días sería genial, pero muy rico todo. Un detalle que si puedo mencionar es que en mi caso soy de Perú, y de por si los enchufes son comunes en mi país, pero un detalle importante es que en Argentina los enchufes son totalmente opuestos y se requiere un adaptador, felizmente en la habitación que me toco habia un enchufe que traía una parte la misma conexión que en mi país, fue un plus para los que no llevamos adaptador. En resumen mi estadía fue espectacular, volvería a Argentina y elegiría una vez más Pleno Hotels.
