The hotel is small and intimate, only 3 rooms per floor. We did not have any trouble with noise. The beds were comfortable but my husband was not too happy with the pillows - too hard. Breakfast was very good. My husband enjoyed the fresh omelets in particular. The staff was wonderful and always helpful, especially Joel. The location is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance, and a good choice of restaurants. We felt very safe.
We got the twin beds we requested but they were pushed together, which kind of defeated the purpose of sparing my husband from my snoring. Options for other pillows would be nice. Our room overlooked an abandoned building but you could see the city in the distance. If a better view is important to you (it wasn't for us), ask for it.

Location near San Telmo and Puerto Madero
The staff is friendly and helpful. I was granted 3hrs extension. Breakfast normal continental. Specialty coffee was a flavor. The location is a charm, walking distance from many interesting places. Will stay here again.

Very good hotel. The second time I have stayed here in a week and would definitely revisit.
Very well located. Easy walk to Puerto Madero and to other major sights. Buses run nearby for easy access to La Boca or other areas. Ferry to Uruguay (which is what I did for few days) is a 30 minute walk or short taxi ride.
Breakfast is good, staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

La ubicación es inmejorable para el que va a conocer Buenos Aires y quiere caminar , esta a tres cuadras de Tango Show y de Puerto Madero, la vista desde la habitación viendo la salida del sol ,la comodidad de la habitación, las sábanas , almohadas. El desayuno muy bueno, sobre todo café expreso maravilloso todos lo que quisieras. El trato de la chicas del restaurante es especial y de los jóvenes de recepción. Hay agua gaseada fría disponible todo el tiempo. Es un lugar que te sorprende , sin lujos pero con todo lo elemental con la máxima calidad y detalle. Felicidades Pleno Madero inmejorable.

Do hotel pegar os dados do nosso cartão, com todos os códigos para futuras despesas do hóspede. Caso haja prejuízos. Foi o único hotel a fazer essa solicitação. Que a administração busque outros meios até o checkout. mas sermos obrigados a passar os nossos dados foi algo algo invasivo. A nota não foi 10 por esse motivo
Close walking distance to so many places. San Telmo, shopping, river restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee was exceptional. Staff were more than wonderful. We spent 5 nights here.
