La ubicación y el trato cordial.
En la mitad de los días de nuestra instancia no había agua caliente, el primer día no había toallas, nos tocó compartir la habitación con un ratón.

I liked it was in downtown, close to places. Very cute love their old style. Love they’re keeping it traditional.
There were many mosquitoes in the room that we have to kill in order to go to sleep. The fan in our room wasn’t working. The hot water took a long time to come out. The breakfast was only coffee, bread and fruit, so don’t expect anything else.

I really liked the hotel’s location, as it was conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and nearby attractions, making it easy to get around and explore. The breakfast was very good, and the chef and breakfast staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made each morning a pleasant experience.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that negatively impacted our stay. Parking was not included and required an additional nightly fee, which was inconvenient. The room was not clean upon arrival, there was visible waste left in the toilet, and the bathroom overall was poorly maintained. The shower was particularly uninviting, with hair on the walls and in the drain, as well as dirt between the tiles.
The bedding was also an issue: we were provided with only two very thin blankets, and the pillows were dirty and had a moldy smell. Hot water did not work during our stay, which was very disappointing. In addition, we were given only one roll of toilet paper for the entire week and just one towel, as staff indicated that no additional towels were available. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities made the stay uncomfortable.

Tuvimos problemas con el agua ambas noches, el primer día no hubo agua caliente y el segundo de plano no hubo agua
Lo único bueno fue la ubicación, de ahí la limpieza estaba fatal, las instalaciones no servían, los cuartos no tenían aditamentos básicos como ganchos para colgar toallas, el desagüe de la ducha estaba tapado, las camas incomodas y las sabanas y toallas muy sucias

nous sommes arrivés à 18h et nous sommes retrouvés sans endroit où dormir.
ils remettaient la faute sur booking, nous envoyé voir d’autre hôtel en disant « il y a des places pour vous » et à chaque fois il n’y avait pas de place… c’est inadmissible, aucun effort pour nous loger nous laissant seuls dans la capitale du Yucatan un soir de fête de dias de muertos donc avec beaucoup de difficultés à trouver un logement

Nice ambient in the hotel in general with pool and lights in the evening. Very nice staff.
Rooms were not ok, not very clean. Broken glas on the doors so we couldn't lock in. Glass doors painted with white paint are not nice to see and takes a lot of heat during morning hours from the sun.
El hotel es bonito, está a solo unos pasos del centro... El personal es muy cordial, y el desayuno está muy rico!
