Un hotel que podría ser excelente.

Su excepcional ubicación, su jardín, su desayuno básico pero correcto.

Tout la chambre, le lit (demande de 2 lits jumeaux on se retrouve avec 1 petit lit), la saleté, cafard mort dans la chambre odeur de tabac froid (chambre non fumeur) mélangée à l'odeur de moisi clim qui fuyait et inondation dans la chambre

Nada, recerve aproximadamente 20 días antes de llegar,en ese momento me comunique con la recepción para hacerle una pregunta...si tenían estaciónamiento...y me dijeron q si...o ... sorpresa no tienen estacionamiento, tuve q pagar $120.00 pesos extra por cada noche, la habitación que nos dieron pal perro, camas ya algo viejitas pero eso no es todo el baño realmente ya necesita una muy buena remodelación,el personal me comentó que el hotel ya tenía más de 100 años y si... Los azulejos creo que son de la fundación del hotel, puede ser rústico un lugar sin embargo se ve cuando le dan el respectivo mantenimiento a las instalaciones,el personal de la recepción siempre con su carota, regresando alteme del baño tuvieron que cambiarnos la habitación por q olía a pasuco.. en fin es un hotel que no recomiendo para nadi

Very traditional in downtown, it was a nice little experience.
Pros:

I liked it was in downtown, close to places. Very cute love their old style. Love they’re keeping it traditional.

Cons:

There were many mosquitoes in the room that we have to kill in order to go to sleep. The fan in our room wasn’t working. The hot water took a long time to come out. The breakfast was only coffee, bread and fruit, so don’t expect anything else.

I really liked the hotel’s location, as it was conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and nearby attractions, making it easy to get around and explore. The breakfast was very good, and the chef and breakfast staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made each morning a pleasant experience.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several issues that negatively impacted our stay. Parking was not included and required an additional nightly fee, which was inconvenient. The room was not clean upon arrival, there was visible waste left in the toilet, and the bathroom overall was poorly maintained. The shower was particularly uninviting, with hair on the walls and in the drain, as well as dirt between the tiles.

The bedding was also an issue: we were provided with only two very thin blankets, and the pillows were dirty and had a moldy smell. Hot water did not work during our stay, which was very disappointing. In addition, we were given only one roll of toilet paper for the entire week and just one towel, as staff indicated that no additional towels were available. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities made the stay uncomfortable.
