Jivana Resort

Fabulous place!! Staff was outstanding, especially Agus who took excellent care of us. Outside the resort is a little sketchy but theres nothing Jivana can do about it. Tortoises on site that the kitchen will give you bananas to feed them. Huge coy fish that are right there at your room. Cant say how much we loved this place!

マッサージも2時間受けましたが､そちらも素晴らしいかったです👍

Magnifique hotel, tres calme et tres beaux, extrêmement bien entretenu et personnel tres chaleureux.
Nous avons sejourné a deux reprises et avons toujours tres bien été reçu. La piscine est superbe et les extérieurs incroyables, peuplés de tortues et d'oiseaux. Attention aux moustiques mais le reste génial

L'hôtel est superbe et très bien entretenu. Une très belle piscine et de beaux espaces dans lesquels vous croiserez des tortues énormes et des espèces de dindes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et excellent. Le personnel est souriant et bienveillant, c'est vraiment agréable. Le seul point négatif est la quantité astronomique de moustiques. Des bombes et des brûleurs sont à disposition dans les chambres ainsi qu'une moustiquaire, mais équipez vous de repousses moustique et autres car vraiment nombreux

Der er ikke en finger at sætte på dette sted. Det er på alle måder en magisk oase midt i byen. Vi havde en privat villa med pool og havde de bedste dage nogensinde på dette sted. Vi kan ikke anbefale dette nok. Stedet er så smukt og idyllisk med store skildpadder der vandre frit, rislende vand på hele hotellet og frodige omgivelser. 5/5 stjerne til dette magiske sted med de sødeste ansatte.

Wunderschöne Anlage… man kann sich vom Park kaum satt sehen, alles ist so stimmig… wir hatten eine Poolvilla die man nur empfehlen kann, auch hier sehr viele Pflanzen… das Frühstück ist ebenso ausgezeichnet…

Very nice and relaxing four-night stay for a family of three. One of the best things for us was to see lots of friendly and helpful local staff working here. The breakfast was very good. The premises were clean, calm and relaxing. The location is fairly central to the area.

What a fantastic place!.
From the moment we got there, we felt at home. One the best and most friendly staff we've ever encountered. The place is gorgeous, lush plants and trees, beautiful Koi ponds and cute turtles. They have a very nice pool with sand and a pool bar, but we rented a villa with our own pool. Oh, it was wonderful!!. Loved our big villa!!
It has everything!, fridge, stove, sofa...it was perfect!.
The breakfast was delicious and we even got food to feed the Koi fish.
I so recommend this resort!. From the friendly staff to every single amenity, everything was top notch!.

Autant aller doit au but, je voyage régulièrement et j'ai séjourné dans des dizaines d'hôtels, le Jivana est le plus bel hôtel que j'ai jamais vu. Une propreté absolue, de la verdure partout, une piscine magnifique. Le spectacle des carpes Koï devant la terrasse de la chambre est fascinant et en complément on peut apprécier la visite des tortues ou des pintades de l'hôtel.
Personnel très serviable et extrêmement sympathique.
Le petit déjeuner à choisir sur le menu est assez complet et très bon. J'ai essayé plusieurs options et je n'ai pas été déçu. ca manque un peu de choix pour les carnivores.
L'hôtel est situé dans une petite rue très calme à proximité de la rue principale qui regorge de bars, restaurants et boutiques en tous genres.
L'hôtel propose des scooters à la location mais les petits modèles sont dans un état déplorable. On a opté pour le Nmax, un peu plus cher mais tout neuf et plus confortable, surtout à 2.
Le seul point négatif pour moi, un wifi d'un autre temps, quasi inexistant par moment. A améliorer rapidement!

an amazing place that is run by Australian owner who is always around for suggestions and help.Its got to be the nicest place in Kuta and actually Lombok.Staff is amazing and the Breakfast is 1st rate.Its very hard for me to go back to Canguu. 10 out of 10

Hotel con estetica superlativa, tacchini liberi di scorrazzare in giardino e carpe nel laghetto davanti al ristorante.
Atmosfera rilassante e lussuosa.
La nostra camera era una villa semiaperta con piscina privata, piante tropicali ovunque, camera da letto con tetto in legno e bagno e doccia all'aperto.
Una magica esperienza nell'hotel più bello della mia vita.

Our stay at Jivana Resort in March was amazing. We had a one bedroom villa and it was just blissful and super quiet, just what we needed. The bed was super comfy.
The restaurant staff at breakfast were very friendly and breakfast was delicious everyday. We didn’t see anyone eating there at night.
Only negative would be that the water from the shower, bathroom and kitchen had a bit of a stench which was very off putting during a shower.
Overall our stay was amazing. The grounds are kept immaculately and it’s just beautiful walking through.

Location was a bit far if you wanted to go to shopping in Mataram (1hr). Not good breakfast options for us and specifically not for several days. We traveled during the rainseason, so there was very well space at the pool. Peaceful and quiet. Clean. Very slippery floor outside (in the lobby, restaurant, in front of every room) if it’s wet!

Bianca & the service team make staying at Jivana an experience you’ll never forget! They are professional, yet personal, remembering names, how you like your food & drinks. We never once had to ask twice for anything, our every need was anticipated & met! Jivana is the perfect resort👌 Clean, quiet, fun, great atmosphere, & the location couldn’t be any more perfect!! Great for couples, & families! We can’t wait to go back when we visit Kuta Lombok again! Thank you Bianca & Team, you were perfect 👌😇

The experience when entering into Jivana Resort is everything you hoped it to be when booking.

All staff at Jivana Resort are extremely polite, hospitable, professional and extremely thoughtful.

Adrian and the management team are always very hospitable and were available to make your stay memorable.

I personally sent emails to confirm transfers and to notify the management of Jivana Resort that our flight had been delayed and within minutes I received a response of acknowledgement which was pleasing to receive.

The poolside villas are lovely, and the King bed is of great quality ensuring a good sleep!

The facility was maintained at a very high standard and the pool area, restaurant and common area were impeccable.

Jivana Resort is certainly the place to stay in the South Lombok (Kuta) region!

We loved this place. The rooms were lovely, the bed was super comfortable, the whole room was super comfortable and spacious with a huge outdoor bathroom. It’s in a great location. The staff were fantastic and the breakfasts very delicious. We found the pool to be too hot (an Indonesian/humid climate thing?) and the wifi was no good. And yet I’m still giving it a 5 because it’s just that nice and very affordable. Even the linens were excellent.
