Lovely place for a few nights, room could do with some paint - peeling in places but other than that no complaints
The bathroom needs to be renovated and something should be put down so no one slips in tub as I did.
The property was very good
The Location of the hotel and the staff is very nice.
However, the facility itself was not in a good shape. There was mold on the bathroom curtains, the chair was very dirty and there was a dead bug under the blanket when I first arrived. Thefore the hotel was only okayish for the price

The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the pool too and all the convenience around. Unfortunately the room never felt clean, they gave you one roll of toilet paper at a time and there were a variety of living creatures in my room from mice to lizards, ants and I believe the mattress had either fleas or bed bugs. I got bit so many time.
You get for what you pay, spacious rooms, old but clean
The staff are amazing and the place is quite pretty and clean, outside of the main craziness near ubud palace etc so easier to elal around near hotel. My only issue is that other guests are ofcourse very loud and enjoying Thier holiday and the rooms on the bottom floor are where everyone is walking past. Bring ear plugs if you don't wanna be woken up at 6 am by families out on the corridor having loud conversation. It's also high season right now so to be expected 🙏

Paikka oli miellyttävä ja hyvällä paikalla. Henkilökunta erityisen palvelualtis. Huone pieni, amme kiva. Kylpyhuoneesta pääsi ulkosuihkuun. Aamiainen seisovasta pöydästä maittava. Uima-allas sopiva. Huoneiden äänieristys huono. Ravintola ei ollut auki. Aula/ravintola viihtyisä. Ympäristö kaunis. Miinuksena rotta, joka tuli yöllä huoneeseemme katossa olevan reiän kautta. Reikä tukittiin ja toisena yönä nukutti hyvin.
Great place to stay close to everything great staff clean room
This property was sadly lacking the staff needed to understand customers needs. Poor management and training of front desk personnel and rude treatment of guest.
The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on a rock. Will not stay here again!
We checked out after one night at this property after trying to move or upgrade rooms. The room we were allocated was absolutely filthy and when I advised the gentleman at the frontdesk, I was told it's very busy so staff haven't been able to clean. That's just unacceptable.
Friendly staff & good location - very close to the Ridge walk and a few decent restaurants, and was about a 20 minute walk into central Ubud.

Le ménage n'est pas fait (5 cm de poussière sous les lits...), petit déjeuner pas bon, pas de restaurant, staff très limités, 30 minutes de check in, bruyant, 2 km du centre ville avec forte montée.
Pour le prix, prendre un petit hôtel en centre ville, vous économiserez de l'argent, du temps pour le même standing.
Very comfortable clean rooms. The customer service is really good. Excellent location
Front desk staff not overly friendly. Bed was rock hard, shower flowed onti the floor making it dangerous when you stepped out. Bath was unusable due to faulty plug. Pool was only about 1 metre deep. Breakfast was worst ive had on my many trips to Bali. At breakfast they allowed smoking around food, complained and they said that was ok and asked me if I wanted an ashtray(I wasnt impressed). Not many restaurants etc close by so big walks for meals. Definitely look elsewhere.
