Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut, Parkplatz kostenlos vorhanden. Die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet und von der Größe ok. Die Lage ist passabel und für Hundebesitzer mit einigen Grünplätzen optimal. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top.

Cons:

Die Zimmer und Balkonausstattung sind in die Jahre gekommen, Bad sehr klein.

Cons:

Tutto il resto. Camera molto, ma molto datata, stile casa della nonna. Le foto che mostrano non corrispondo per niente a ciò che era la nostra camera nella realtà. Il bagno sarebbe la prima cosa da ristrutturare e sistemare. La vasca da bagno col doccino in alto (chiamiamola doccia…) può rivelarsi mortale per quanto è stretta, e stare in piedi per lavarsi è difficoltoso in quanto i piedi non stanno per intero sul piano della vasca e si rischia di perdere l’equilibrio. Inoltre si è allagato tutto il bagno, e l’acqua è arrivata fino in camera poiché c’era solo un mezzo vetro che “proteggeva”, con pessimi risultati, dalla fuoriuscita dell’acqua che abbiamo dovuto asciugare con i nostri teli da bagno. L’intonaco del soffitto del bagno (dove c’erano varie macchie giallastre) cadeva a terra. Camera per niente insonorizzata o all’esterno molto rumore per via della pizzeria sotto all’hotel. La nostra finestra del bagno dava su un balcone di pertinenza di un’altra camera, per cui non era possibile tenere la tapparella alzata. Colazione davvero triste, con scelta di sole tre cose da un elenco la sera prima, più un buffet di biscotti confezionati e brioche anch’esse confezionate e poco altro. Si salva solo per la posizione ma il prezzo è davvero troppo alto per quello che viene offerto. 145€ una notte per due persone.
