Poor Service, Bad rooms
Pros:

We had opted for non-ac rooms during our stay. First of all, the hotel entrance is very disappointing, with swimming pool very close to the main road which was obviously not shown in the photographs. They first offered us a very small room with no space to keep luggage. Later we asked them to change our room which they did, though the next room was also very lack lustre giving us a feeling of a hostel than a hotel. The staff is not proactive at all, everytime we had to go to the reception to ask for small things like soap, water, towels, etc. There was no phone available at the room to dial at the reception. Even the hotel WiFi didn't reach our room and network connectivity on my phone was not coming up.
We gave them keys to clean up our room, but when we came back in the night exhausted, we found the room in the same state as we left it.
The only plus point of this hotel is it's location which is near to the Bagha beach.
I would definitely avoid coming back to this hotel in the future.

Pros:

We booked through expedia and arrived on check-in date late night, by the time room was given to someone else. Hotel manager accommodated in another location, on a 4th floor pent house..no elevator and room was not clean at all. Initially we were told to stay there for a night but later asked to stay for rest of the booking for discounted price. But it is still not work. breakfast was always same for 3 days and no room service in 3 days. We are highly disappointed with this booking..

Pros:

Nice hotel closer to beach and some good restaurants. They really need to offer good breakfast we ended up eating egg n bread almost everyday. Breakfasts option is not good. Overall good stay.

Pros:

The rooms shown in the picture and the room given was completely different.. I was shown a higher rate room photos while booking a normal room.. Very bad on the part of the hotel.. Staffs are kind enough and the service is not that bad..
