Lage und Pool top, Sauberkeit flop.
Pros:

Die Lage und die kleine Küche im Superiorzimmer sowie der Pool haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Morgenbuffet war auch gut, ohne warme Gerichte wie Eierspeisen und Speck, das hat uns aber nicht gefehlt.

Cons:

Kurz gesagt: Das Zimmer wurde nie richtig gereinigt. Uns wurde ein Zimmer zugewiesen, das uns von der Einrichtung nicht gefiel, wir hatten aus diesem Grund die modernere Variante gebucht. Nach der Meldung an der Rezeption konnten wir in ein anderes Superiorzimmer wechseln, das Reinigungspersonal wäre auch gleich fertig mit der Reinigung. Wir konnten auch kurzum das Zimmer beziehen und haben dann festgestellt, dass es nicht richtig gereinigt wurde.
Der Fleck beim Waschbecken ist vermutlich heute noch da. Auch nach mehrmaligem Melden sowie bei der täglichen Reinigung wurde dieser nicht weggeputzt. Wir hatten ihn extra stehen lassen. Eine dreckige WC-Papierrolle hatten wir weggenommen und diese wurde am nächsten Tag einfach wieder drangehängt! Auch die Fugen vom Boden und der Dusche hätten eine Grundreinigung mit richtigen Reinigungsmitteln nötig. Aber bei dem Reinigungsequipment vom Personal ist es schwierig hygienisch sauber zu reinigen. Immerhin erhielten wir eine Reduktion auf den Zimmerpreis. Buchen würden wir die Unterkunft nicht mehr.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gross, es war genügend Platz und Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Aussicht war sehr schön und auch die Lage ist perfekt, nah am See und in der Nähe von Restaurants. Das Frühstück und die Auswahl war auch gut.

Cons:

Schade, dass es nicht auf beiden Bettseiten eine Steckdose hat.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll, hatte alles was es zu einem guten Frühstück braucht.
Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man die Nähe zum See schätzt und nicht zum Zentrum.
Das Personal wär freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn Fragen waren.

Cons:

Leider hatte ich mein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels wo sich leider ein Tennisplatz befindet. Die Sportler fingen meist schon früh an zu spielen, was ich in meinem Zimmer mitbekommen habe.

Sehr freundliches, super gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, klasse Pool, Tiefgarage fürs Motorrad, Balkon mit halben Seeblick zum Relaxen. Zum Pool: Die Dusche hinten rechts hab ich übersehen, Hinweis in den Poolregeln wäre nützlich .Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

Balkon mit nur halben Seeblick, Rest war gegenüber liegendes Hotel.

Tolle Tage Tessin am See.
Pros:

Besondere Lage am See , und dennoch das Zentrum gut zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Cons:

Gibts nichts zu bemängeln, ausser das man die schönen Räume und Werandas auch am Abend für ein Glas Wein mit Kleinimbis brauchen könnte..

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal im Al Lago und unsere ganze Familie ist begeistert!
Die Lage ist fantastisch, genauso das reichhaltige Frühstück und der Pool. Die Mitarbeiter:innen des Al Lagos sind alle sehr nett und herzlich.
