Pros:

The location is excellent most attractions are walking distance and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The building is beautiful and clean. Rooms are cosy but perfectly sized for a city break. The complimentary toiletries were great quality. The staff were always professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent quality, plentiful and the breakfast room and terrace were lovely settings to start your day

Cons:

The pocket doors to the bathroom are a nightmare. No way to lock them so they roll open whilst using the bathroom, luckily I was with my husband but could lead to some awkward situations if staying with a friend! They also roll quickly and I trapped my fingers twice in the night ripping a nail bed. For this reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel for small children. Walls are paper thin but only an issue if there are loud guests as the general setting is very quiet.

I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family. The staff were a major strength - friendly and accommodating.

Geweldige locatie
Pros:

Locatie is geweldig, midden in Palma. Personeel ook geweldig, heel vriendelijk, regelen alles voor je, zijn heel lief voor kinderen. Schone kamers, iedere dag schoonmaak.

Cons:

Jammer dat je alleen in het hotel kunt ontbijten en niet bijvoorbeeld ‘s middags een koffietje kunt drinken op het terras / in de lobby. En je moet een klein zij-straatje in om bij het hotel te komen, daar liggen twee zwervers en stinkt enorm naar plas.

Nice hotel, good location, but bedrooms are rather cramped.
Pros:

nice outside space and the staff were helpful, the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

breakfast; the space was cramped and food ran out. The staff were trying to keep up but the fruit was not always peeled in the fruit salad and we did have to wait a number of times for bowls to be replenished.
