Very small sized bedroom. Water in shower was only luke-warm, not hot. Found a cockroach in bedroom on arrival.

In unseren Zimmer stand bei Ankunft das Fenster komplett offen und es stank fürchterlich nach Ausguss und es war kalt. Es war schon abends und es wurde dunkel. Meine Tochter war hungrig und erschöpft von der reise. Absolut unzumutbares Zimmer, es entsprach auch nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Wir erhielten keine Hilfe beim Gepäck oder auch für meine Tochter mit dem Koffer beim Tür aufmachen. Kreditkarte wurde sofort durchgezogen. Reklamation interessierte nicht. Der Manager war im Urlaub. Für mich war das als Genius Bucher (Level 3) das schlechteste Hotel was ich gebucht habe. Sehr grenzwertig und eher nach Geld abkassieren.

Schimmel im Bad. Geruch nach Schimmel im Zimmer und Bad. Ungepflegt. Fotos entsprechen nicht.
2 Tage kaltes Wasser. Preis-Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis.
Das angebotene Alternativzimmer hatte das Waschbecken im Zimmer, da das Badezimmer zu klein dafür war. Unglaublich!
Angeblich voll?! Kein besseres Alternativzimmer angeboten, obwohl auf booking mehrere Zimmer verfügbar waren.

Small rooms, booking mistakes made on the Hotel's side with no immediate solution as was informed Hotel was full, definitely wasn't.
No assistance with moving room remedy.
Simply told if you want to move you have to do it before 11.
Tiny breakfast room for enen a small number of guests, poor selection of food in breakfast room. A kettle to boil for hot water for tea and 2 small coffee machines

Climate in rooms was centrally switched off.

We were in an outside room that was
Under street level and very noisy with buskers and people socialising. The shutters didn’t close properly and there were bars on the other side.
The courtyard was lovely but needed a good clean up. The table And chairs outside our room needed cleaning and the leaves etc removing. It just looked tatty. The bar was never open either.

On a narrow street that taxis don’t like going down and the drains in the street smelt

Ruim 300 euro voor 1 nacht was wel te duur voor wat je kreeg. Er zaten bijvoorbeeld wel gebreken aan mijn matras en het slaapkamerraam was heel klein.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und schon etwas abgewohnt. Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht, dadurch roch es etwas muffig.

Con - It is off on alley that had two homeless men sleeping at 8 pm when we went to dinner and when we returned.
Con - Room 114 felt like a tiny box with the bed on a slant and only one of us could walk to the bathroom at a time.
Con - Bathroom shower completely flooded the toilet area, I closed the shower door firmly and then needed my husband’s assistance to get it open. Used one large towel and the shower mat to dry the floor.
Con - Our room was on the ally and we could hear every conversation and general noise from the street and restaurants below. We did not open the windows and there was no sound insulation. Went down to reception at 10 pm to complain, and was told by the front desk that it “may” quiet down when the restaurant/kitchen closes around 11pm. I asked to be contacted by a manager concerning our complaints but still haven't been even days later.
Con - Checked out at 11am, no one was at the reception for at least 15 minutes after asking two workers for assistance. Two other couples were also waiting by the time he showed up.
We had booked two nights here on either side of a trip to Soller. Cancelled the second night and ate the non refundable charges. This place should not be listed as 4 stars and should not even be on Booking.com.

Very bad beds, the AC didnt worked, bad cleaning, smell from the pipes in the bathroom, wifi didnt worked.
