Pros:

Delicious breakfast. Beautiful courtyard. Lovely modern facilities inside an old building tucked away in a historic alley.

Cons:

Communication about the transfer pick up at the end of the day. We had to rush down to the Caixa Forum and missed the transfer so it was a bit stressful. But all ok in end !

Estancia agradable en centro de Palma

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro a un agradable paseo de todo. El desayuno variado y la atención amable de la gente de recepción.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, se podría mejorar la tarima de los pasillos, ya que cruje y se escucha dentro de las habitaciones.

Good location and breakfast, but noise rooms
Pros:

Location is in old city center.
The breakfast is good, open buffet, lot of choices.
In general the room was clean.

Cons:

The smell coming from the bathroom was bad, sewer smell. Even after keeping the windows open the smell was still bad.
The standard room was too small.
One part of the building is old, so you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking, as the ceilling was cracking and popping at every step.
The windows are not isolating the sound from outside, being made of wood, Also with the old style windows there is not so much light.
So in general the room was not comfortable.

Bra läge och trevlig personal men det var nog första och sista gången vi bodde här!
Pros:

Bra läge och nära till mycket. Rummen var helt okej och frukosten likaså. Trevlig personal som gav oss ett nytt rum när vi klagade på det första vi fick på våning 1 som knappt hade fönster och dagsljus.

Cons:

Kändes inte rent, smutsiga glas och tallrikar på frukosten.

Remanso de paz en el centro de Mallorca
Pros:

El hotel es maravilloso, un remanso de paz y tranquilidad, decorado con mucho gusto. Las camas muy cómodas, el baño amplio y todo funcionaba a la perfección. El desayuno muy bueno. Pero sobre todo no se escuchaba ningún ruido y pudimos descansar con absoluta tranquilidad. La ubicación es perfecta. Nos permitieron hacer el check-in a las 10.30 y al salir pudimos dejar todo el día las maletas en el hotel pues nuestro vuelo salía por la noche. Sin duda, si vamos a Palma, repetiremos¡

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega decir que la habitación era un algo pequeña, y el el hotel está en un callejón muy poco transitado, pero eso también aporta tranquilidad.
