Pros:

Hotel pulito e confortevole, personale cordiale e disponibile. Purtroppo non dispone di navetta per prelevare o accompagnare gli.ospiti alla stazione e per chi arriva in treno, come noi, con sci e bagagli da neve questo rappresenta un piccolo disagio

Pros:

+ Great hotel to stay for ski trip in close Madonna Campiglio ski complex. Excellent and vary breakfast (both sweet and savory products). Free parking on-site.

- Hotel requested extra 50 EUR for late check-in, We negotiated the lower price but finally the check-in was done via code for door access and earlier whatsapp contact and nobody was waiting for us. This means that the extra fee looked as irrational.
