Mauvaise expérience et déception de l’accueil

L’emplacement

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé le fait de devoir payer une chambre supplémentaire car ma fille de 6 ans était considérée comme une adulte contrairement à la réservation faite sur booking qui disait logement gratuit pour votre enfant de 6 ans. Elle a dû payer aussi le petit déjeuner, alors que dans les autres hôtels c’était gratuit pour elle. C’était non négociable, même si on payait un supplément.
L’équipement était au strict minimum comparé aux autres hôtels avec une gamme inférieure.
Le petit déjeuner n’était pas exceptionnel, nourriture de basse qualité et peu de choix.
De tout notre séjour cet hôtel est le seul qui nous a déçu.

Pros:

El personal es muy accesible.
Tienen una balanza para que puedas pesar tus maletas
Los cuartos son limpios.
La ubicación está bien, aunque no es muuy cerca

Cons:

Quizá no es la mejor ubicación después de un día largo de caminata. Son como 15 min caminando a la estación del metro
El buffet no es lo mejor.

Comfy, good value and excellent location!!
Pros:

Location and service was excellent 👍 Although the room was a little small, it was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Bed was comfy too!! Our requests for extra pillows were also well heeded 🥰

Cons:

Only wished that an onsen would be available after a tired day of walking 🙆‍♂️

Ottima scelta per Osaka: la posizione in zona Namba è davvero strategica e consente di raggiungere facilmente stazione, ristoranti, negozi e le principali aree di interesse. Struttura pratica, ben organizzata e confortevole, perfetta per un soggiorno senza complicazioni. Camera accogliente e funzionale, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi comodi. Ho apprezzato molto anche l’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, che rende questa struttura una soluzione ancora più interessante per chi vuole soggiornare in una zona comoda senza spendere troppo. Una sistemazione che consiglierei volentieri a chi cerca comodità, accessibilità e convenienza per esplorare Osaka.

Sehr nettes Hotel
Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Zimmer waren für uns ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Dotonbori ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einmal hatten wir spontan Frühstück dazugebucht und das war sehr lecker. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
