部屋は綺麗だった。フロント脇のスープは
寒かったので温まった。でも少し暖かさが足りなかった。

webで見る部屋の広さと実際が違い少しガッカリした。

櫃台人員很帥！（還香香的）
地點在難波高島屋附近，建議走5號出口離飯店比較近，但需要繞一下才能找到，在靠近551horai的店那側，附近有藥妝7-11、全家、lowson 機能不錯，但飯店房間有點小，行李打開後會卡住廁所路線，下午有提供濃湯到晚上八點很好喝！另外有名的難波八阪神社走路2分鐘就到了！

Clean, comfortable, pleasant stay.
Pros:

Very helpful, polite and cheerful staff. Convenient location for sightseeing and a 10min walk from Namba station. We were able to drop our bags before check in and they were taken to our room for us.

Cons:

Small rooms, but to be expected in Japan (not the smallest we stayed in over our travels). Slightly inconvenient as backpacking travellers due to the distance from Shin-Osaka Station.
