Perfekte Lage für eine entspannte Abreise
Pros:

Das Hotel ist nur wenige Geh-Minuten von einer Bahnhaltestelle entfernt und befindet sich nicht weit vom Flughafen. Es ist ziemlich ruhig.
In direkter Umgebung befinden sich ein großer Supermarkt als Alternative, wenn man nicht im Hotel frühstücken möchte.
Auch Restaurants sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Ein und Auschecken geht über Terminals, hinterm Tresen stehen computergesteuerte Dinosaurier. Sollte es Probleme geben, kann man aber auch echtes Personal dazu bitten.
Das Hotel stellt vom Schlafanzug über Pantoffeln, Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta, Bürste etc. alles zur Verfügung. Im Badezimmer befindet sich Duschseife, Shampoo und Conditioner, alles wohlriechend.
Es war sehr gepflegt
Das Zimmer war relativ klein, was das Hantieren mit zwei Koffern etwas eingeschränkt hat. Im Zimmer befand sich zudem ein Schrank um Wäsche zu erfrischen und zu bügeln.
Im Erdgeschoss war ein großer Laundryroom.
Pluspunkt: kostenfreier Shuttle zum Flughafen, Abfahrt alle 60 min, Plätze sind limitiert.

Clear guidance required for 1st timer to robot-hotel.
Pros:

The location is walking distance from Otorii train station. Food available nearby.
Clean room and a sanitiser for clothers.

Cons:

No front desk staff to assist. The robots are completely useless. Since we arrived early, we found there was insufficient self-storage.
Luckily there were guests around who taught us to phone the staff for assistance. The check-in machine (English translation) is not clear especially when payment is by card. We still need the staff assistance. There was no clear instruction on check-out procedure for a first-timer to a robot-hotel. The free shuttle is "first come first serve". A booking system would be better (to allow for planning).

Tired and did not feel particularly clean. Compared to all other hotels I stayed I Japan this was a very poor quality property

Poor service. Only positive is close to airport

Location close to haneda and free shuttle

Cons:

Room didn't have any coffee or sugar and it is difficult to communicate as there is only a helpline number and no human interface. We asked for an iron for clothes and it was not on the list of amenities and could not be arranged.
The moment u need something not on their list, it is a challenge to communicate as no humans are available

Perfect for one night near the airport

The location and very clean ! The staff came to help us checkin ! The Dino couldn’t find our reservation !!
