Pros:

Close to the airport, so very convenient if you have an early flight from Haneda airport

Cons:

The check in machines didn't work properly and the staff was not very helpful
Also tried to use the laundrette and there was no soap anywhere to purchase/use. When asked the staff about they said it was dispensed automatically by the machine, which was not true! So we just wasted an hour of our time to end up with dirty wet clothes (the tumble dryers were also very inefficient)

Very happy with our stay here!
Pros:

Very easily to check in - you can just follow the instructions on the panel. You could grab your own amenities, and it was amazing that they had a shuttle bus to and from the airport, which saved as a lot of time and effort. The nearest station was about a 15 minute walk away.

Cons:

Rooms are a little small, but that's to be expected in Tokyo - it's a very dense area.

Easy check in process through the automaton dinosaur!:)) Good and varied breakfast. They had onsite lockers and we had no issue leaving our luggage and explore Tokyo some more before departing. Great shuttle service. The hotel is very close to a KK line as well as to Haneda airport.

Cons:

Very small room which was not a bother for just 1 night before the flight back home.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I walked into the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The carpet looked worn and visibly dirty, with multiple stains that made the entire space feel unhygienic.

The worst part, however, was the bathroom. It had noticeable stains on the floor and surfaces that made it feel unclean and uncomfortable to use. For a place that’s supposed to provide a basic level of comfort and sanitation, this was completely unacceptable.

Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The lack of cleanliness alone is enough reason to look elsewhere.

I stayed at this hotel with my kids, and it was a very unpleasant experience. Cleanliness was a major issue from the moment we walked in. The room was filthy, and it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.

The walls had visible stains, which made the entire space feel uncomfortable and unkept—especially concerning when traveling with children. The carpet also looked dirty, adding to the overall poor condition of the room.

The bathroom was the worst part. The toilet was not clean at all, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstance, let alone for a family stay. It made us feel uneasy using the facilities.
