Easy access to multiple metro lines.
I liked that the toilet bowl and shower/bathtub were in separate rooms (although I see in photos this is not the case in every room offered).
In order to have a shower you had to fight with the shower faucet for 10 minutes hovering around 40oC because 39oC would be ice, 41oC would be lava, and 40oC would be impossible to hit.
2-3 more square meters would have helped a lot in making opening luggage easier and having some storage space around the room available.
Did not need the LG Styler at all. It took up valuable space for me.
Great and budget friendly hotel. Modern, clean rooms with all the facilities you need. Self check in and check out was very easy to use. Breakfast was simple but good. We really liked the neighbourhood, Akasaka, as well. Many great restaurants on your doorstep. Would definitely stay here again!
Good contact through messages. Daily cleaning. Convenient location, walking distance to major subway lines. Nice district. Room (double) was quite spacious as for Tokyo standard.
赤坂駅より徒歩数分で、ロケーションがとてもよい。チェックイン前とチェックアウト後に無人ロッカーに荷物を預けることもでき、便利だった。すれ違ったスタッフさん全員がとても礼儀正しく、あいさつしてくださった。部屋は一人用には十分な広さだった。
自動チェックイン・チェックアウトが売りの一つなのに、フロントが混み合っていた。結局、従業員を呼んでいるお客さんもいて、従業員の方がスムーズなような気がした。朝食は１階のアイリッシュパブが会場で、暗い感じだった。和食も養殖も種類はそこそこあったが、ゆでたまごが冷えているなど、もう少し温かみのある提供があるとよい。

The location is amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is everything you could want for! Loves this hotel and its frankly fantastic for the price. Nobody can knock this place 👌

Rooms were clean and had all the basic facilities we needed. It was in a good location. Easy access to train stations, restaurants and shops. 7-11 was right next door which was very handy. Beds were comfortable. Good value for money.
Check in was difficult with a group of six people and the robots. We ended up calling the human staff for help. The washing machine didn’t clean my clothes well, I suspect there wasn’t enough washing detergent used (automatically dispensing machine). Rooms are pretty small, but that seems typical of most hotels in Tokyo.
Ik vond het relatief duur.
Pretty good location, about 500m from metro station. The gym was decent and had most basic equipment. Breakfast (which was included in my room) was ok, quite carb-heavy if you don't like Japanese breakfast, but there were enough Western options too to not go hungry.
Room is small. Basically you have your large bed, and a sofa, and that's it. No good place for luggage.
