Bien situé dans Tokyo et bon rapport de prix. Il y a du personnel physique en cas de besoin en plus des automates qui accueillent pour le Check-in et le Check-out.
Literie un peu dure et oreillers très durs. Personnel physique inégal (certains supers qui parlent bien anglais et sont aidants) et d’autres un peu moins prêts à aider (mais c’est la barrière de la langue surtout).

The location was great, lots of restaurants around, also very close to 2 or 3 different train lines. Very clean. The room didn't feel too small.

Check-in was done via a robot, with no human staff available, and no one on site was able to communicate in English. This made the experience feel impersonal and not very welcoming. The room was very small with no space for luggage, and the breakfast was not very good. Overall, it may only be suitable for a very short stay, but it is not recommended for a longer visit.

아카사카 지역 근처라 앞에 옆에 마트와 편의점 맛집이 즐비하고 교통이 편한점
여기는 개인적인 일로 여러번 왔는데 조식이 항상 맛있었는데 이번 방문 3일 숙박 했는데 예전보다 퀄리티가 떨어져서 조금 실망했다 다음엔 고려해볼생각이다.한국인 직원이 너무나 친절해서 좋았다

Good proximity to local train station (7 min walk), nice and quiet at nighttime despite being close to some restaurants and bars.
The room was pretty small, to be expected in Tokyo but it looked bigger in photos.
