Would absolutely stay again!
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay here, great location, staff can be called when needed and room was absolutely fine.

Cons:

The dryer was not very good.

Pros:

らく。いろいろかんたんでしんぷる

Cons:

とにかく風呂場の換気扇がうるさすぎる。切ることはできない、弱か強のみ。全く寝れずストレスがすごかった。スタッフに聞いたところよくあるクレームらしく、みんな認知はしているらしいがその対応が「大きい部屋にグランドアップすればマシになるかも。追加料金かかるけど」だった。

Overall great stay with the only down-side being the missing in-room entertainment.
Pros:

Very convenient location and the room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Lots of public transportation, convenience stores and restaurants close by. The area also felt very safe.

Cons:

The website mentions that rooms are equipped with Chromecast. This was not the case when I arrived. Upon asking the staff, apparently the Chromecast service was fully stopped. The TVs also do not have Netflix, Amazon or anything similar installed. This means that I had no real in-room entertainment for two weeks as I have planned to stream some movies during my down-time.

また行きたい！
Pros:

受付のロボット、メニュー豊富な朝食、ジムが使える、漫画が読める！
無人かと思いきや、気さくな日本人スタッフさんが24時間応対してくれて助かりました。
子供が「また行きたい！」とお気に入りのようです。
コンビニも近くて便利です。

Cons:

宿泊料がもう少し手頃だと嬉しいです。
立地的にしょうがないかもしれませんが、、

Good facilities, comforable room in a good location.
Pros:

This was the "LG styler" room. Bed was very comfortable with Gokumin mattress and a selection of pillows. I enjoyed freshening my jacket and other clothese in the LG styler - maybe it had some effect :)
The value of the location close to Tameike-sanno station and The Pink Cow cannot be underestimated.

Cons:

sound leakage from the hallway and the next room was a bit of a nuisance but fortunately did not go on late into the night. I guess people are staying there to sleep, not have parties. The fact that the hotel sells ear plugs on the first floor vending machine is a bit of a tell...

Recomendo!
Pros:

O hotel tem academia gratuita que quebra bastante o galho e tem uma cadeira de massagem muito boa!! Gostei bastante do hotel e a localização é boa, perto de uma rua super movimentada e da para ir correndo para a tokyo tower e o palacio imperial. O restante dos pontos turisticos sao muito bem conectados por metro.

Cons:

O travesseiro poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Enjoyable & close to where we needed to be.
Pros:

Excellent location in Akasaka. Robot check in.

Cons:

Rooms were really small. For two adults + suitcases. Made the stay in the room really tight.
