Excellent view in the Tokyo Tower Room. Check-out was easy. Facilities were clean. I appreciated the Tokyo Tower merchandise selection.

Cons:

Check-in was a little slow. The breakfast could have been a little higher quality and fresher. The beds were too firm and the pillows too small and low-quality.

Mi aspettavo di piu!

La zona per il sottovuoto comodissima.
Stanze pulite!

I robot dicevano a malapena buongiorno e buonasera!
Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più nell’accoglienza!
Stanze veramente minuscole (rispetto alle altre strutture di Tokyo provate le peggiori in termini di comodità di movimento tra il letto, il bagno e l ingresso!)

Weird Hotel
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

They have robots at the front desk. There was no human at the front desk. We were able to get human help by calling on the phone in the lobby. Also when we arrived, the baggage storage on the 2nd floor was full and we had no place to store our luggage until we got a human to help us store it downstairs.

Pros:

飛行機の急な欠航から、宿泊予約サイト経由で急な予約となってしまい、ホテル側に予約連絡が直ぐにいかず、スタッフの方が間に入って早めてくださった。１日歩き廻った後で疲弊していたので非常に助かりました

Great stay and excellent location.
Pros:

Great location with easy access to JR and monorail. Clean, comfortable room. Robots were fun. Breakfast was ok.
