Confortable
Pros:

Le personnel a été extrêmement gentil. Je devais passer un examen dans la chambre le matin et j’ai eu besoin d’emprunter un stylo Velleda ainsi que des feuilles de papier, qui m’ont été fournis. L’espace de la chambre est bien optimisé. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et activités à proximité.

高樓層鐵塔景觀無價，地點也算便利，不過入夜之後上班族井噴，吃東西盡量避開
Pros:

沒有加點自助早餐，出門前經過看了一下覺得該有的都有，以日幣1300的價格來說並不貴

Cons:

鐵塔景觀房的床鋪空間設計是斜放的，走路的空間有限，體型大的房客三思。枕頭很普通，像是舊民宿提供的老式枕頭，能睡但稱不上太舒適

Nice hotel in Tokyo
Pros:

A good location not far from the JR railway station and monorail to airport well connected.

The room has just enough space for two, bed and pillows ok, bathroom good

The robot receptionist’s are a little odd

La colazione pessima, per la parte dolce c'era la possibilità di scegliere solo 2 marmellate e pane da tostare, niente yogurt, o croissant, non c'è la possibilità di avere un espresso, in più non ci sono abbastanza posti a sedere rispetto a quanti ospiti può avere l'hotel, più volte sono stato rimandato indietro, nessun tipo di assistenza da parte dello staff, che lascia due miseri manichini all' ingresso, e peggio le camere dove quando entrano per sistemarle, fanno più casino di come vengono lasciate dopo una notte

Fun robot interaction. Excellent location.
Pros:

Fun check in. I made a mistake, so needed to call for assistance which was quick (and human). Check out easy. Rooms clean and ample size. Very, very close to Hamamatsucho Station. 1km from Tokyo Tower, but easy, pleasant walk. Also 1km to Ginza, easy walk.
Business style hotel, but the robot check in is a fun gimmick. We had 3 rooms and all were great.

Bien placé. Chambre calme
Pros:

Emplacement, chambre petite mais très fonctionnelle.
Garage bagage autonome, gratuit et pratique

Cons:

Certaine chambre ont vu sur la Skytree. Ce serait bien de le préciser quitte à payer un supplément si on souhaite

Amazing experience!
Pros:

I loved the robots, how clean my room was and the fact that they have amazing costumer service. They also have a machine that helps make packing a breeze. We loved it thank you!!
