Ok stay, probably wouldn’t return for reasons explained.
Pros:

Small hotel within walking distance to everything. Nice pool and outdoor sitting area.

Cons:

Our room was comfortable and clean enough but lots of tiny ants everywhere including our bed made for a not so great stay. Our son had a room below us and the mould smell was terrible. The area was clearly flooded as you can see water marks on walls. The happy dogs in the area didn’t help.

Pros:

L'emplacement est ideal à 2 pas de la vieille ville (5min à pied) ce qui permet de découvrir Hoi an de façon moins "touristes de masse".
Chambres confortables et personnel très gentil et compétent. Très propre ! Séjour en famille avec 2 ados qui ont été contents.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas le meilleur du monde mais dépanne bien au petit matin. les chambres sont simples. Ne vous attendez pas à un Resort de luxe.

O hotel tem imenso potencial, é um hotle que funciona por villas e tem uma piscina de qualidade. Fica a 7 min a pé do centro e dá muito jeito. Quarto confortável.

Cons:

Encontrámos uma barata no nosso quarto. A janela da casa de banho estava estragada (nao abre nem fecha). A casa de banho tem um cheiro muito mau. E os donos nem nos disseram nada de horario de pequeno-almoço. Os donos falam MUITO mal ingles.

Pros:

We ended up not checking in after viewing our friend’s rooms who had booked a day earlier than us. We decided to else where as there was black mold in the washrooms. It was more like a motel and the room does not look like the photos.

Great for a short stay and great value for money
Pros:

Located close to the old quarter so can walk there quite easily. Room was very clean and so was the pool area.

Cons:

Quite noisy in the room and could hear the people in the room above us talking. The hotel is located in a side street which feels a little unsafe walking through at night

I had a pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

If the breakfast had more options that would have been great. Also if they had the facility of restaurant like room service foods and all.

Good value for money, good location and lovely staff
Pros:

The staff were so friendly, they gave us mangos from the mango tree for us to eat in the mornings, we had fresh towels and bottles of water everyday, there was also a really cheap shop just a 10 second walk from the hotel that sold cheap water and snacks.

Cons:

The shower was sometimes cold but that was also a nice thing when it was hot outside.
