Great value for money in a well located, newer hotel.
Pros:

Great location, just moments from the train station. The rooms were compact but well designed. I'm 6'4" and the bathroom worked for me. Anytime we needed help, a member of staff was available. It's also great to see a quieter, more local side of Tokyo instead of the busy tourist hubs.

Cons:

No complementary water bottles in the room was a first, after staying in 8 hotels in Japan. The hotel is noticeably worn, (scuff marks on walls, paint chips, tears in wallpaper) despite being new. That's down to heavy use from guests, but also a lack of proactive maintenance on the owner's behalf. It's a great property and I hope they don't let it slide further.

Pobyt oceniam negatywnie, dobra lokalizacja, bezobsługowy system zameldowania, niski standard, brud
Pros:

Największy plus tego hotelu to kontakt z personelem - czyli jego brak, bo wszystko jest zautomatyzowane, więc niweluje się problem kontaktu z Japończykami bardzo słabo mówiącymi w języku angielskim. Lokalizacja jest ok, czystość w sumie też nie budzi zastrzeżeń, chociaż przez okres pobytu bardzo dokuczał mi smród z restauracji na parterze dostający się wentylacją do mojego pokoju. Ponadto same pokoje i obiekt, jego wielkość oraz standard pozostawiają wiele do rzyczenia i są nieadekwatne do ceny - szare, małe, przytłaczające.

Cons:

Teraz minusy - przez okres pobytu bardzo dokuczał mi nieprzyjemny zapach z restauracji na parterze dostający się wentylacją do pomieszczeń hotelowych. Ponadto same pokoje i obiekt, jego wielkość oraz standard pozostawiają wiele do rzyczenia i są nieadekwatne do ceny - szare, małe, przytłaczające. Jednak największym minusem była zdecydowanie wymieniona już przeze mnie wcześniej restauracja, z którą hotel ma umowę na śniadania. Lokal prowadzony przez hindusów, śmierdzący, zaniedbany a wręcz po prostu brudny, codziennie serwowane te same "dania" czyli carry, naan bread, poraz enty torturowane odgrzewaniem te same parówki i jajka których od miesięcy nikt nie chce zjeść. Wydawało się że bezpieczny do zjedzenia będzie tylko pakowany hermetycznie dżem z suchym tostem, niestety nawet dżem okazał się przeterminowany. Przykro mi ale bardzo niepolecam lokalu.

It is quite close to the subway station.

Cons:

We stayed for 2 nights and went away for 2 nights and will come back and stay for another 2 nights. We asked the hotel to store 2 suitcases for us while we are away and I didn't expect that we were asked to pay a fee of 4000 yen. It wasn't a normal practice in any western countries.

Pros:

The size of the room is not bad, the location is in walking distance to the subway station and there are restaurants open until late nearby

Cons:

The washing machine makes holes in your clothes and the dryer is not working at all, no matter how much money you put in it.
As there are robots in the reception, you cannot talk to the staff if you have any issue

Pros:
