Not recommended at all.
Pros:

Location. Was near 2 train stations.

Cons:

Everything else. No smoking room, late check in (3pm), I contacted them before to ask for an early check in and I was told no, when I got there I saw that you could pay additional to get early check in and wasn't given the option. Aircon was freezing an unable to put it on hot on a super cold night. No foreigner-friendly, no instructions how to use TV/aircon controller in English. We were stuck with cold air and Japanese TV. 1 pillow each person, and no blanktes (you needed to pay more for it).

Pros:

駅から近い、バス·トイレ別の部屋で快適。
アップグレードしてくれた様でした。

Cons:

トリプルで利用したが、部屋が酷く狭い為
スーツケースを部屋の入口兼通路でしか開けなかった。
