Would recommend to others, providing they arrive after 3pm.
Pros:

Great location, right near the train station. Very clean.

Cons:

We arrived before 3pm check in time and requested a staff member to allow us to check in earlier but no one came. There were no places to leave our suitcases either, we had to wait until another couple left before we could securely leave our suitcases as we decided we would explore the area instead of waiting in the lobby until 3pm.

Nice stay in the hotel from where one can easily organise roundtrips within and outside Tokyo

Great location and fairly good size room for Japan. Luggage storage was freely available which I found invaluable.

Cons:

Because of the robots on the desk, it felt slightly impersonal when visiting that area of the hotel. I would however stay there again.
