Pros:

나카스에서 왼쪽 끝에 위치한 터라 굉장히 조용하게 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 조식은 매일 동일했습니다(빵, 커피, 주스 2종).

Good value for money overall
Pros:

Front desk staff were always polite and helpful, despite my limited command of the local language. The room was cleaned to an acceptable level. There was an 'unlimited' coffee machine on the ground floor that served corn soup that was surprisingly good. The place was nice and quiet. There was a coin laundry literally a minute's walk away, whereas there were a couple of convenience stores within less than 10 minutes.

Cons:

The location was somewhat away from the city's main activity areas making it slightly less than ideal. Although the overall room cleanliness was good, it felt like the opposite because the ceiling air vents for the bathroom and air-conditioner were dusty. Room size was generous by Japanese standards, but the sub-optimal furniture layout made it difficult to organise our belongings without causing the place to feel very cluttered during our stay.

二度と泊まらないかな
Pros:

部屋は一人には十分な広さで、清潔感があった

Cons:

１）荷物の預けは、ただロビーの一角に勝手に置くだけ。幸い無くなっていないが、十分に安全とは言えない
２）朝食は1000円なのに、業務用のパンと飲み物だけ。
３）BOOKING.COMで予約すると、日本国内必要なInvoice対応の領収書をもらえない！！！要注意

浴室が汚い。カビキラーとか使って掃除して欲しい。
シャワー浴びてたら排水が逆流してトイレ側が水浸しになりました。ありえない…。

観劇の遠征

博多座に行く時に、近い場所で立地的に便利でした。

一泊目のホテルが良かったので、少しガッカリ！
Pros:

ロビーで無料でコーヒーが頂けて喫煙出来るテラスが設けられている。

Cons:

掛布団が暑い時期にしては厚さがあり、エアコンを除湿で回していても、ジメジメ感がありしっかりとした睡眠が取れなかった。
シャワーを浴びる際のカーテンも短い為、外が水浸しにならない様に気を使いながらでした。
