Pros:

A welcoming classy vintage place down town of Yerevan. Situated in the city center, this is ideal for easy access to any place, shops and restaurants, a lively neighborhood, with lots of trees and parks. I was happy to spent five nights in this large, cosy room in the 6th floor. Comfortable bed for good sleep. Silent, well equiped room with all assets needed during a business trip. The bathroom size is OK, all clean, just the fittings would benefit from a renovation. Breakfast buffet offers lots of delicious options, fresh fruit and good black filter coffee. I was very pleased by the staff, particularly at the front desk 24h, everybody with a smile, friendly, tremendously helpful and outcome-oriented. Perfectly satisfied.

Das Hotel hat überzeugt wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wie der Name sagt sehr central, alle Wege waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen wir haben nicht einmal ein Taxi benötigt. Trotzdem ist es richtig gelegen und man kann problemlos schlafen. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut selbst für deutsche Verhältnisse. 4 Sterne sind gerechtfertigt. Die Zimmer sind groß und bieten Platz für Entspannung auch wenn man einmal nicht in der Stadt unterwegs ist. Auf jeden Fall trifft das für das Zimmer 612 zu. Ohnehin gibt es nur 24 Zimmer auf den oberen zwei Etagen verteilt was dem Hotel eine von Hause aus ruhige Atmosphäre verleiht.

Cons:

Badezimmer hätte größer sein können das WC liegt eng zwischen Dusche und Wand.
Warm Wasser einzustellen bedarf etwas Fingerspitzengefühl was genervt hat.

Sehr zentral gelegen, in 5-10 min bis zum Zentrum der Stadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Hilfsbereite Personal.

Прекрасный отель
Pros:

Понравился отель! У меня был очень уютный номер с красивым видом на перекресток, крыши домов и высокое дерево, с которого доносилось пение птиц. В номере было все необходимое, удобный матрас и огромная кровать, разнообразное освещение, новая мебель, заполненный мини-бар. В отеле звучит релакс-музыка, спокойно, чисто, приятно находиться в местах общего пользования, шикарное ковровое покрытие. Есть СПА зона с бассейном (для гостей отеля бесплатно в течение дня), которую я не успела посетить, к сожалению. Проживание можно оплатить картой Мир, что является несомненным преимуществом. Отель расположен в центре Еревана, рядом находятся и достопримечательности, и супермаркеты с ресторанами.
Большая благодарность сотрудникам отеля Лилит, Карену и Инессе за клиентоориентированность, гостеприимство и внимательность! Рекомендую отель однозначно )

Pros:

Very clean and well maintained. The room was spatious, staff was friendly and breakfast was excelent. The room had a big bed (i think 1.8m wide) very comfortable, sockets everywhere, and sound insulation is pretty good, we could not hear anything from the other rooms. Excellent value for money

Location was perfect

Cons:

Staff were polite. The room was big but for 4 days i did not have hot water i asked the hotel to fix it but i left and still no hot water. There was noise from the minibar refrigerator and also the breakfast was poor and the coffee machine was not working all of the days and we had to ask for hot water to make coffee

Pros:

Recomand! Totul a fost minunat! Hotelul este foarte curat iar personalul de nota 10. Ne-au ajutat de fiecare dată când am avut nevoie. Se face curățenie în cameră zilnic și se schimba prosoapele. Micul dejun este destul de bun. Este foarte aproape de taverne, cafenele și centru.
