Iftar and Sahoor experience in the restaurant in level-6. They have 2 restaurant on the same level. Hence, we had a bad experience on one of the restaurant. the staff made a racist experience to us, probably as we're south east asian. He did not allowed us to seat in an empty table and push us to seat on the back side of the restaurant. He keep arguing there's someone on the table, but none person belonging on the table, its a free table. Untill we finished eating, no one coming to the table to claim the table. Its only a made up by him, probably he saved the table for other person however we come earlier.

Beautiful location. Lifts are atrocious. And rooms need a renovation. They are 25 years old now

Macca hotel and towers top notch. Excellent service. Wonder ful people such as Ehhosan Ullah. Courteous, and friendly. I recommend it to anyone coming for Umrah or Hajj.

I booked a club room for 5 nights unfortunately I was downgrade to a standard room on 14 th floor I was very upset with the room upon complain I was contacted by Mr Ahmed and with him I went to the manager sitting in a room next to reception they satisfied me with a reason for downgrade that there was maintenance work going on club floor and was too much noise in the morning . They allowed me use the club lounge and notice that the club floor was too noisy thanks to them and they assured me that they will upgrade me on my next visit rest everything was perfect as always

Lagenda Restaurant Mashaallah very good Iftar Buffet lot of variety. Taste of food Alhamdulillah very good and restaurant service very good. All restaurant staff very attentive thanks to Mr Riyaz

Bedding great and very comfy. Very friendly staff - special thanks to receptionist Abdullah Al-Gathami for everything, including recommending that great breakfast.
