非常棒满意

最初の部屋（403）は冷房きかず、数時間後に部屋を変えてもらう、だいぶ狭くなる。新しい部屋（401）はシャワーが水しか出ない。翌日直してもらう。また、清掃後、トイレットペーパーなし、水も置いていない日あり。フロントに言いに行ったが、朝にならないとストック部屋が開けられないと。フロントに一つあったトイレットペーパーを分けて欲しいと伝えるも「これは個人のだから分けられない」との回答。笑うしかない。トイレットペーパーのないホテル…最近のゲストハウスのほうがまだマシと思います。ビーチやショッピングモール、セブンイレブンも近く立地は抜群ですが、二度と泊まることはないでしょう。ドライヤーなし、電気ケトル部屋になし、1階にはケトルあるが4階階段往復必要、部屋に小さい虫がちょいちょいいる、夜はAM3時頃まで音楽が爆音で流れています（この辺は安宿なので想定内）。エレベーターはちょうど工事してたけど、今後利用できるようになるのかな？

Great location. Good value. Only problem is the hotel was under construction. Lots of noise. Maybe someone should wait until the construction is finished, before booking

Je suis arrivé pour 3 nuits, le personnel est très aimable mais à mon arrivée je me suis vite rendu compte que l'hôtel était en gros travaux. À 8h entendre les bruits de machine.... Cela aurait pu être indiqué lors de la réservation. J'ai dormi avec des boules quies.

現在、改装中で日中騒音の問題がありましたが、セカンドロード、センタン近くでロケーションは良かったです。改装が終了すれば、さらに清潔で快適なホテルになると思います。

The smell of glue in the room is very unpleasant.

エレベーターがないので重いスーツケースを持って階段を上らないといけない。
現在、ホテルは工事中にてうるさいし埃が多い。
受付の叔母さんは、愛想よい。

I didnt like the photos did not match the room itself. The room was not clean. They were damages to the room.

Nice stay and pretty good value placed at an ideal location in Pattaya. Bed was comfortable enough and room was overall clean enough for a budget hotel. Would recommend

Nice room. Hot shower. Good WiFi. Cleaned daily. Friendly staff. Convenient central location. Unfortunately, there is no lift, which was a pain as we were on the 4th floor.

Handy for shopping and the bars

I did enjoy my trip as it was close to the beach. When I first arrived my driver had a very hard time locating the place because the address and location according to Google Maps was not correct and the employee said this had not been fixed.

I had to quite often during my 23 day stay find the staff in order to get water and clean towels. I, of course, didn’t enjoy having to go looking for them.

The days in which I was gone overnight, either at another hotel or a friend’s house, the staff wouldn’t replenish water/towels in my room either. It became a pretty big hassle.

Other than that, it was nice.

The receptionist and the manager was very accomodating. They attended to our needs and was approachable.

Especially the lady at night in the reception offered a horrible service.
The noise from the street was dreadful, some better quality windows would have made it tolerable.
Smoking is allowed in the center of the hotel on each floor, occasionaly the stench reached the room.
Even for the competitive price I would say that this is a bad choice.

Nice hotel. Clean.free wifi in room. Well located.
