This is absolutely the most beautiful location with the hotel carrying lots of charm, amazing views and the most friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was superb, and the restaurant in the hotel truly delivers the best food and service.
The presentation of the hotel is immaculate, the rooms are clean and fresh and if you book one with a sea view you will be rewarded with beautiful views of the Med and the Amalfi Coast.
As its family run the care of their guests is paramount and we felt well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The swimming pool area is so clean and tidy, with views of the Med, and a small bar serving snacks, cold drinks, smoothies, beer and cocktails - perfecto!!
They also offer boat trips (we did one with Laura, along the Amalfi Coast and they organised a restaurant for us to stop at for a late lunch), cocktail classes where we learnt to make a Negroni with Fabio as well as traditional live music one evening.
The main square of Ravello and restaurants and boutiques are all within a few mins walk, and there are flowers and greenery everywhere…it’s magical and I will be visiting many more times I hope!

The staff were superb, went over the top to ensure I had a great experience. I especially want to thank Regina on reception who helped me with my daily itineraries and recommending great days in such detail. I also want to sincerely thank Mavi at the pool area who was so attentive and helpful. Restaurant staff were all great too.

The location and setting was outstanding. We didn’t want to go touring anywhere because we loved the hotel and view so much. The boutique family atmosphere and the hospitality of all the staff was the best we’ve experienced. They couldn’t do enough for us. Having the pool and the view from the pool made it extra special.
The price of food and drinks were very high so we avoided having meals or drinks at the hotel.
Everything about the property is beautiful, the rooms are extremely clean, outstanding view, amazing amenities and most importantly new !!

Pool and the cocktails
The hotel located next to the center of Ravello with super great sea view. Room with balcony also has direct panorama sea view. The staffs are all very nice. We had dinner there, the dinner is also very good for all kinds of sea foods.

The location of the property was excellent for our stay. A short walk to the plaza with shopping and restaurants. The views were excellent, the staff nice with someone on duty that could understand English and help with any issues. The daily breakfast was excellent with fresh juice and fruit as well as yogurt, bread and pastries or specialty sweet breads. You could even order eggs and American coffee or cappuccino. There was a restaurant for evening meals that offered a spectacular evening view but was a little pricey.
These are just things to be aware of and not necessarily negative about the property as most of my concerns were acknowledged or made known on the website. First, as you arrive you must go down a set of steps to reach the hotel. The staff met us on the street and immediately carried our luggage to our room. Excellent customer service. But be aware that most of traversing Ravello includes steps and hills. Secondly, the rooms are small but adequate. The size of the rooms was clearly indicated on the website. I think that our biggest issue with the rooms was the lack of storage for clothing. There was a small closet for hanging cloths but no drawer space. Other than the suits and long dresses that we brought for a wedding, we had to live out of our suitcase. And finally, be aware that the bathroom and shower is also small. But most of your time there will be spent outside enjoying the scenery and lovely people.
Very clean, great location to do some sightseeing and to travel from/to Amalfi. Good and fresh breakfast spread, welcoming and friendly staff - the ladies were incredibly helpful with local travel tips, getting us information about bus and ferry schedules and pricing, great service during breakfast and you can tell that they take pride in ensuring a great stay! Thank you!!✨
