If you don't like sleeping, this hotel is for you
Pros:

Situated close to many restaurants, bars (see "what didn't you like"), and the river for lovely long walks
Flat and walkable for the most part
Comfortable beds

Cons:

We stayed in room 2 on the first floor; it's *directly* above a bar which closes at 2AM and has various drunk patrons voicing their opinions quite loudly until well after that. With the windows shut it's somewhat manageable to get some rest, but in warm months I'd absolutely avoid this room and probably the whole hotel.

Pros:

La struttura è sicuramente datata e ci vorrebbe una bella manutenzione, detto ciò, la posizione è perfetta per visitare la città e la zona lungofiume è tra le più belle di Bilbao.

Cons:

La nostra stanza era affacciata in un piccolissimo cortile interno, mancava un po' di aerazione.

A little hotel with a great view in the center.
Pros:

I liked this little non pretencious hotel on the centre overlooking the river and historical buildings of Bilbao. Within walking distance to the heart of the town with everything within reach. The hotel is simple but had everything we needed for a night's stay and we had a little balcony with a great view . Of course it would need a bit of a touch up but the location made up for it.
