A dismsl place to stay - avoid.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, the receptionist was friendly and gave us access to the room 2 hours early. The bed was nice and firm. The water pressure/shower was good.

Cons:

This is a dismal hotel which needs a complete refurb and sound-proofing. The rooms looking into the inner well are dingy and stuffy and there is no fresh air, breeze or view. It was stiflingly hot and there is no air con and the fan they supplied was small and ineffective. There was also only 1 long pillow which was annoying. At a cost of £150 for the night this was a complete rip-off. A week earler we stayed directly across the river at the Bilboa Plaza which was fabulous and cheaper.

The location was great. They were quick with checking us in.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable you can feel the springs a bit. The pillows were not pillows they were so flat the were like a blanket. It was loud. You can hear the water in the pipes when people in other rooms use the water. You can hear everything in the halls. It was just a little old, so had that dirt you cant really clean of older places. It honestly just cost too much for what you get. Especially compared to what you can get for the price at other properties near by

Para una noche está bastante bien si no eres muy exigente, personal muy agradable
Pros:

La mujer de la recepción encantadora, nos ayudó mucho y con el parking también. Ubicación excepcional.

Cons:

Las habitaciones eran pequeñas y con poca ventilación, algo desfasadas, había bastante ruido de fuera, pero para una noche ya es más que suficiente si quieres estar en el centro de Bilbao.

Hotel correcte, molt bona ubicació.
Pros:

L'amabilitat del personal, juntament amb la netedat del hospici fa que sigui un lloc per a allotjar-se i sentir-se com a casa. El llit era còmode.
La ubicació era perfecte, tenint a prop l'estació d'Abando, a més del tren, està el tranvia i el bus.

Cons:

L'allotjament no disposa d'aire acondicionat, per la nit almenys hi havia un ventilador a l'habitació i juntament amb la finestra corria una mica d'aire.

Great location - wonderful staff - extremely clean!
Pros:

The location of this property is perfect - right on the river in the thick of things, yet inside it’s quiet - the best of both worlds. It is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever seen - every inch of the place is spotless. The best thing is the staff. Marisol is absolutely wonderful, kind, helpful and friendly. The resident cat is a love as well.

Cons:

The only thing is that inside the room it is rather hot and humid and there is no AC. Marisol was nice enough to lend me a fan, which did help. Any time other than summertime should be fine though.
