Pros:

The hotel is very cozy and clean, staff are welcoming and helpful.
The only thing that I didn’t like was the location of the hotel while the room make you forget about the surroundings.

Short stay at fall season
Pros:

Generally staff is doing good job, taking care of facilities. Well appreciated free shuttle from airport (for departure trip had to pay). Driver was also a local guide and gave quite a lot of good info and advice on the city. Personnel is very friendly, however needs a bit more discipline (e.g. wanted to be at breakfast at 9am, nobody was present timely). Location is a bit off major attractions and walking through not well maintained district is somewhat awkward, though never felt unsafe. Armenian people have great heart and rather willing to help even to strangers. All in all a good trip.
