Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos, café da manhã com várias opções e limpeza impecável.

Cons:

O quarto no final do corredor ao lado de uma porta restrita então o barulho de bater porta incomodava um pouco.

Cons:

Room needs renovation.
The TV in the room is very old and it has only one unreachable HDMI input. If you’re traveling with your streaming stick it is impossible to plug in.
The bathroom shower leaks into the whole bathroom.

Do café da manhã, restaurante lençois acima da média

Cons:

Chaves qie se desmagnetizam facilmente. Limpeza de carpete às 8h30 da manhã em frente ao nosso apaetamento. Fizemos o checkin mais cedo pprque fixou impossível descansar no quarto, que era o plano original. Esse tipo de manutenção tem que ser peogramado das 11 às 18h

Certamente estarei no mesmo hotel quando voltar a Rio Claro
Pros:

Poder nadar no final do dia fez toda a diferença. A suíte com banheira também foi muito proveitosa. A equipe como um todo também foi muito atenciosa.

Cons:

Cama estava totalmente deformada e tive que trocar de quarto, porém os 02 quartos que estive estava com a limpeza do banheiro péssima e com baratas nos dois quartos, inclusive pela manhã quando fui usar minhas coisas, tinha barata dentro da minha necessaire.
Sempre que ia para Rio Claro ficava hospedada no CLass, mas agora não tenho vontade nenhuma, qualidade caiu demais.
