Pros:

Le bâtiment est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner parfait, mais pas au manoir. Il faut aller au château.

Cons:

Désuet et peu entretenu. Aucun accueil au manoir, un peu laissé à l'abandon.
On y rentre comme dans un moulin. Il n'y a pas de comptoir d'accueil.

Le rapport qualité- prix pour une chambre sale et une salle de bain très vétuste.

Le fait que l’événement Colora n’ai pas été débarrassé, ranger et nettoyer tout le WE ( tasse, boisson , vaisselle en vrac au rdv hall )

Le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans un autre endroit ( hôtel du lac )
Le Manoir du lac dépend totalement du château du Lac à 50 M .
Tout cela est laissé en l’état , c’est extrêmement dommage , cela pourrait être un petit bijou.

Slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding: voor €180,- per overnachting verwacht ik meer comfort

We waren de enige gasten in de Manoir, het chateau was volledig gereserveerd voor een wetenschappelijk congres van dermatologen. Daardoor was het verblijf heel rustig en stil. De ligging van de Manoir is prachtig.

Cons:

Het ontbijt kon niet in de villa geleverd worden, daarvoor moesten we circa 6 minuten naar het hotel lopen. Dat was vooraf bekend.
De kamer maakte een "belegen" indruk, verouderd. Het bed was smal voor een tweepersoonsbed.
Het dekbed in de kamer was een éénpersoonsdekbed op een tweepersoons bed. Na contact met de receptie konden we naar een andere kamer verhuizen waar wel een goed dekbed lag.
Het contact met de receptioniste verliep slecht: ze nam op en zei "een moment". Ze kwam niet meer terug. Daarna ben ik maar naar de receptie van het hotel gelopen (6 minuten hee en 6 minuten terug). Na het persoonlijke contact met de andere receptionist kregen we een andere kamer.

la vue sur le lac pendant le petit déjeuner

Cons:

le soi-disant sur-classement de chambre qui a couté 20€ en plus. Nous avions fait une réservation au Manoir, charmé par les photos de style victorien au milieu d'un parc. La chambre au Château est banale, sans âme, pas de vue.

Zeer goede zorg van het personeel.

Cons:

Communicatie vooraf. We reserveerden in de Manoir, maar we werden eigenlijk in het hotel/kasteel verwacht. Niemand zei ons dit vooraf. De charme van de Manoir is niet hetzelfde als een lange hotelgang met overal gasten die in identieke kamers verblijven. Maar de man aan de balie was erg overtuigend en wij waren overvallen. We hebben gewoon aanvaard en zijn achteraf niet ontevreden, maar het heeft gewogen op onze 1e avond. Mijn vrouw houd namelijk niet van verrassingen/veranderingen...

L’optimisation de l’espace, la situation, la communication avec le gérant, électroménagers super équipés, un vrai four, un soupe maker et une machine à café nespresso. Local à ski sec et chauffé

Ayant des problèmes de genoux, les escaliers entre la station et l’appartement et entre le local à ski et la rue n’ étaient pas toujours simples à gérer mais quand on n’ a pas de soucis à ce niveau ce n’ est vraiment pas un problème

Charming, comfortable and relaxing
Pros:

Very quiet and relaxing stay to disconnect from city life. Amazingly kind and professional staff at breakfast, bar and reception.
The bed was very comfortable and the room had an old charm to it. A country home away from home! The breakfast was served in the hotel next door, it was very good and plentiful even late in the morning. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night

Il n'y a pas de personnel, il faut se rendre à l'hôtel du lac pour faire le check-in.
Les installations auraient besoin d'une bonne rénovation. Il manquait même des crochets aux tentures.
