Pros:

The Food and service were excellent. The location was superb. All bedroom amenities and provisions excellent, linen and bed very comfortable.

Cons:

My room was so cramped, in order to go to bathroom I banged my head on wall mounted tv so had to bend neck when going round bed. it is something that would really detract from my return.

Great location but room noise was really bad

Cons:

Very bad smell at the entrance. Room also had damp and sometimes sewage smell.

Walls in bar had clear signs of damp

However worst part was noise. The wall in the room were very thin. Water pipes ran down them. Could hear it anytime next door used the loo or shower. Could also hear the people in next room.

Do not stay if you don’t have a dog. Smell is sickening

Great location, ok hotel.
Pros:

Location was brilliant, hotel was nice, although it didn’t quite live up to the expectations made from the pictures. Staff in the restaurant were great.

Cons:

Staff on reception weren’t very friendly or helpful, unfortunately they were quite blunt. Hotel was very hot. All the radiators were on throughout, including our en-suite which we couldn’t turn off or down.

They wanted £12.50 for the use of their electric car charging point, which is very expensive when our hybrid would only need to be plugged in for 2 hours.

Brought out cake for my partners birthday - nice touch
Pros:

Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean room, pillow spray, Dyson hairdryer, nice bathroom condiments, plenty of tea and coffee and biscuits in room

Cons:

Funky smell in lounge area - but rooms and dining room good
