Estive hospedado no lacqua d Roma V. Está muito bom Apto em boas condições.
Suite colchão excelente.
Sofá cama muito duro.
Pedi um colchão extra fui atendido com muita atenção pelo recepcionista que entrou em contato com o administrador.

Parque muito bom mas devido ao excesso de pessoas as piscinas fica muito suja a tarde mal cheirosa.
Parque com preços abusivos.
Revista constrangedor na entrada do parque.

Foi ótimo, qdo fui fazer o check in estava tudo certinho, tudo ok, reserva foi confirmada bem antes do dia da viagem. Esse app é ótimo.

Em outro app concorrente me confirmaram a viagem minutos antes do chekin e não tinha enviado nada pro hotel, tive q esperar e ainda colocaram meu nome errado na reserva, tive vários transtornos.

Só recomendo HOTELS.COM

Complexo aquático show mas falta internet
Pros:

Pode-se dividir a nota por 2. Quanto ao complexo aquático, muito bom, com suas piscinas aquecidas (fantástico a piscina borbulhante) e brinquedos, vale uma nota 5.

Já quanto a acomodação, no máximo 3, a saber abaixo.

Poucas tomadas, TV com controle remoto sem funcionamento bem como sem sintonização de canais, assento de vaso sanitário quebrado, geladeira com suporte e gaveta quebrados, porta que fecha o quarto/guarda-roupa um pouco emperrada, sinal de internet não funciona no quarto.

O local é bom e fácil acesso/localização mas pecou por conta desta situação no quarto e a inexistência do sinal de internet, item fundamental para transmitir nossos dados da estada para amigos e familiares.

Pros:

Achei muito bom a estadia! Só que no plano que fiz não constava roupa de cama e toalhas, e como estavam dias frios passei frio pois não havia levado cobertor e tive que alugar a roupa de cama que constava apenas do lençol, virol ,toalhas e tapete de banheiro!
