Sweet staff, but not nice area
Cons:

Dodgy area which we didn’t realise until we arrived (middle of red light district). Hotel extremely outdated - not great value for money

Pros:

The price, the beds, the facilities (microwave, coin laundry).

Cons:

The dust under the bed, the neighbours didn't have lots of convenience stores and it was full of weird clubs.

No problems.
Pros:

Everything was good - clean, friendly, close to town and transport.

Cons:

The neighbourhood was a little on the adult end of the spectrum, but it was quiet and safe and not uncomfortable at all.
