As of December 23rd, 2024, The Ministry of Tourism is still investigating. however all this is not worth ruining your vacation by staying at the wrong place. if you have to, just book one night and see for yourself. Do not book a week like I did because they will never refund you.
this hotel is a scam, not 4-star. It does not have two restaurants nor a health club as they claim on the website.
Smoking smell is everywhere.
very noisy Wedding hall downstairs and it’s. You hear the loud music in your room even weekdays after midnight.
They don’t wash the bed sheets. They just rotate them and put stickers on them to make you think they brought you new ones. I even took the bed sheets downstairs to show the manager, When I confronted them, they did not even apologize and they don’t care as if it was a regular complaint from all their customers. So I decided to take pictures and videos and call the Ministry of tourism and they started an investigation.

This hotel is our last stop on our way to the airport. The sercice is outstanding and we were treated very well all the way around. The staff even allowed us to check out later aince we had a later flight. This is our 7th hotel in three weeks and it was fantastic. Well done and thank you.
Clean room and friendly staff; close to airport too. But I checked in on Friday- there is loud music can be heard.
Near the airport and not crowded
Convenient, value for money and exceed the expectations in terms of comfort and location. Outstanding breakfast selection in a nice spacious restaurant.

انا من زبائن هذا الفندق احجز عندهم اكثر من مره ولكن للاسف الفندق في هذا اليوم كان سيء سيء سيء جدا النظافة سيئة في ريحه فالسرير ومن السجاد حتى ادوات دورة المياة مستخدمة معجون الاسنان مستخدم والشامبو والكريم كلها مستخدمة انا مستغرب جدا على ماحصل ،،
علما بأن الفندق فالمرات السابقه الي زرته فيها كانت جميلة جدا جدا من كل النواحي ،
امل الاهتمام فالنظافة بشكل خاص والفندق بشكل عام مستقبلا

Hotel was nice, but had loud music play some nights until 3 am

On the first night they kept me waiting for my room for 30 minutes. I arrived in the evening. The room should have been ready that afternoon.
They had a wedding there and they keep the music playing until 3:30 AM. They kept lying and saying that the music will be over in 15 minutes. I complained and they said sorry and reassured me that it would not happen again. Then on the next night it happened again! Another night of only 3 hours sleep!
I liked cleanliness .. I didn't like the degree of flexibility of some of the stuff

٥- الفندق مجهز بتجهيزات لاستقبال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصه بحيث انه لا يوجد ولا درجه واحد من دخول الفندق الى الغرف وتمشي به العربيه المتحركة بسلاسه ..
السلبيات :
١-لا يوجد بالغرف عزل .. حيث انه كان يوجد في الفندق حفل زواج يوم وصولي ولم استتطع النوم لان صوت الايقاعات في حفل الزواج تصل الى الغرف في الدور الاول وطلبت تغير الجناح وتم تغيره لي ولكن بلا فائده يصل الصوت الى جميع الغرف ..
٢-يوجد بعض الاضائات لا تعمل داخل الجناح ..
٣- التلفاز لا يوجد به الا قنوات محدوده ..
٤-اجراءات تسجيل الدخول تأخرت بعض الوقت .. لمشاكل بالنظام على حسب قول الموظف في الاستقبال ..
٥- الانترنت ليس بالمستوى الجيد ..
غير ذلك يعتبر الفندق جميل جديد ويستحق الزياره ..
Arriving after midnight, I called the hotel from the airport to prepare my check in. The number expedia has was a mobile number and not a landline, this was my first signal that things were not as usual.
After a few minutes over the phone where the person on the line was trying to convince me that since I was arrive on 2am of the 21st my booking should have been for the 21st (!!!) I was promised things would be sorted out and ready at the hotel.
At the hotel I go through the same dance: your reservation is no-show because you arrived after midnight (expedia credit card backed booking doesn't matter), and you should book 21st if you are arriving on 21st. Playing devil advocate I ask: when is min check in time, they answer 7am. So how am I supposed to get into my room at 2am if I had booked for the 21st?? No answer.
I call back the expedia number for the hotel (which is someone's mobile number) and he tell me to ignore the reception (uses non friendly terms to explain their incompetence) and promises me I have a room and everything is sorted out.
Next day morning. There's no hot water. Maintenance guy shows up and says this is temperature of all hotel. Then changes tone and agrees the heater isn't functioning. I get another room to use for my morning shower. It also doesn't have hot water.
Breakfast after checkout, and it consists of choice of cereal and tea/coffee. Fruit might have been offered.
Nice notel, new rooms and clean. Hotel staff aren't the golden standard you expect in any of the big brand hotels. But if you're patient they're nice people and actually want to help.
The one thing that almost ruined it for me, was no hot water at 4:30am as I was leaving, and having to take a cold shower. Everything up until then was great, whether room cleanliness or condition. What was slightly disappointing is when I gave the feedback in the morning to the hotel staff, what they said was "well that's because of the weather, see how cold it is?".. Which was a terrible excuse not to have hot water, and not the kind of response a guest should have, instead of saying "sorry about that experience, how can we make it up to you?".
