An absolutely exceptional BIG-CITY-LUXURY hotel in a charming and quaint little town in the mountains. What an experience it was to stay in this place. Big thanks to Fabio and his family for taking such good care of us. We loved it and cannot wait to go back!

Excellent hotel, great location, great staff

Our stay at the Roccamonfina Palace Hotel was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless, spacious and comfortable, and every detail—from check-in to breakfast—was handled with care. We truly appreciated the level of service and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The manager Fabio was fantastic. We arrived late and he made some food and gave us wine and beer. It is a lovely drive in the area amongst the chestnut groves. Great town and location. We highly recommend the Palace for a relaxing stay.

The location was perfect, right on the piazza with beautiful views. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They cooked an amazing meal for us and always made sure we were comfortable.

Very new and clean . John Luca was outstanding with accommodations and food etc.

The hotel arranged to have a large van pick 6 of us up front m the train station which was quite a distance from the hotel. The driver greater us right on time, loading all our luggage and took us directly to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very efficient man who said they had upgraded our rooms to suites, which were all beautiful.

We had a mid afternoon meal in their restaurant and the food was amazingly fresh and authentic. Breakfast was lovely too. Fresh, warm delicious pastries and a variety of fruit, cheeses, cereals, yogurts and of course, delicious coffee.

Roccamonfino is a small mountain village that is very beautiful but quiet except on weekends during chestnut festival times. A great little getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

There's some great restaurants here including the one that's part of the hotel. People are friendly and accommodating. Also, in all of my traveling experience I've never had such a roomy place before.

We were given free breakfast even though it was not included in the price of our room. We had a couple of meals at the hotel and they were very good. The accommodations were better than many of the 5 star hotels we stayed at in other places in Italy! Fabio, the owner, also arranged pick up and drop off for us between hotels and didn't charge us extra even though at pickup he had to wait an hour more. In general, this hotel far exceeded our expectations.

The room ( Junior suite) was very spacious, clean and comfortable, especially the huuuuggeeee showee and very comfy bed. The location, staff, restaurant and bar were excellent. We travelled with our dog and it was comfortable for him too. Thank you.
