Monday to Friday: from 8:00 to 18:00.
Saturday and Sunday: from 8:00 to 17:00.

Please note that in case of late check-in without prior notification after 21:00, a staff member can assist with check-in for an additional charge of AUD 150.

All reservations are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, guests will be charged 100% of the total accommodation cost, regardless of the date of cancellation. However, where a cancellation results from circumstances beyond the guest’s control, such as flight cancellations or other unforeseen travel disruptions, the property may, at its sole discretion and subject to availability, offer either a refund or a credit valid for six months.

Ok stay, good staff but not very good rooms
Pros:

The staff with Wheeler are much more approachable and helpful. The 2 bedroom rooms are also a good for$ rooms.

Cons:

We were given no coffee or sugar, we run out of toilet paper
We're charged a further amount to book in a extra night. The manager from Perth city apartments was seen being abusive and threatening towards a young girl.

absolutely dirty and disgusting. Do not book it is not worth it. Showers, pool, everything was dirty. Utensils were broken and came looks like it came from junk yard. Most dirtiest hotel.

Appalling and unsafe

Service was appalling. Unprofessional. Was falsely accused of smoking in the room and therefore they did not return my security deposit which I was relying on for my next night of accommodation so I had to sleep on the streets of Perth in the cold. Also the night before hand my sister and I felt very unsafe. The room key stopped working and locked us outside for 5 hours. The worst part was that I tried to make contact to the accommodation after hours and nobody answered our call. The room smelt like cigarettes when we arrived and we were penalised for it.

Disgusted and saddened will never stay again.
Nothing was disclosed on booking.com about security bond in the first place then I had to forfeit it because of false accusations.

Very unhappy.
