Pros:

Der Eingang der Unterkunft mit Lobby und Speisesaal sind neu renoviert und sehen schön aus. Das Zimmer ist aus den 60er, nichts wurde daran renoviert. Alter, schlecht riechender Teppich, gehäkelter weisser Vorhang der mit schmalen dicken braunen Vorhängen überdeckt werden kann und Fensterladen die man wie früher aufziehen muss. Das Bad hat alte Fliesen, nach dem ersten Gebrauch der Hähne floss dunkelbraunes Wasser heraus. Jede Dusche löste einen Geruch von Rauch im Zimmer aus, was wohl früher darin erlaubt war. Bei Ankunft lief die Heizung nicht, die wir selber einstellen mussten und nicht lief (bei -8°C Aussentemparatur). Nach 3x reklamieren kam uns dann jemand helfen. Die Lampe hing schräg am letzten Strang von der Decke. Am Tag der Abreise hatten wir keinen Strom.
Das Personal war erst nach 20min. der Check-in Zeit im Hotel angekommen, fand unsere Reservierung nicht und wusste auch nicht wo wir parkieren sollten. Auch die sprachlichen Kompetenzen fehlten.
Das Frühstück war nach einer Stunde halb leer und da das Besteck fehlte, musste man selber improvisieren.
Meiner Meinung nach ist dieses Hotel nur füe junge Gäste geeignet, die nach dem Après-Ski ein Bett zum Schlafen brauchen. Für alle anderen ist dieses Hotel eine Zumutung, obwohl die Lage zum Skilift toll ist.
Nie wieder werde ich in dieses Hotel gehen.

Pros:

Basic hotel room but functional and everything you need. 3 mins walk to train station and cable car. Recently renovated bar and restaurant, looking modern and nice. Very friendly and nice staff, specially the waitress in the restaurant.
