Stunning apartment and beautiful location.
Pros:

Toma was exceptional and went above and beyond helping us and making sure our trip was taken care of. Very helpful. Strongly recommend staying here.

Cons:

Maybe water pressure in shower and sink had slow drain. But this is a very minor issue for us.

Pros:

Der Geschäftsführer Herr Tomislav ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er war für uns permanent erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Am letzten Tag ist er sogar noch einmal persönlich vorbeigekommen um dich von uns zu verabschieden. Das Apartment schaut besser aus als auf den Fotos und man merkt das auf jede Kleinigkeit geschaut wird. Man erkennt das man sich wirklich Gedanken macht, was ein Gast alles benötigt. Angefangen von einer eigenen erstellten Mappe für die besten Sehenswürdigkeiten, über die besten Restaurants bis hin zu den schönsten Stränden. Es bleibt kein Wunsch unerfüllt.

A perfectly located villa with extremely attentive staff.
Pros:

The location was perfectly central and easy to explore Split multiple times.
The breakfast token system is great if you are too lazy to self cater and offers a choice of 3 venues so would suit everyone, we thought Picasso was great value particularly.
Tomas was really personable from start to finish and always helpful with booking trips and local advise, he is the star of the show, thank you Tomas.

Gute Lage, fantastische mitarbeiter, tolles Frühstück
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Es ist einfach magisch und Tomoslav ist ein großartiger Mitarbeiter. Er hat sich jederzeit darum gekümmert, dass es uns gut geht und wir haben sogar noch mal den Aufenthalt verlängert. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen. Außerdem ist das Frühstück extrem gut. Besonders das Restaurant Picasso, denn man kann aus verschiedenen Restaurants auswählen, würde ich fürs Frühstück empfehlen. Einfach unglaublich gut.
Außerdem ist man direkt am Kaiserpalast. Man hat das Gefühl, man wohnt in einem Märchen.

Cons:

Es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.

Magnifique appartement
Pros:

Magnifique appartement très spacieux, équipé, climatisé et tres bien situé en plein centre. Petits déjeuners très copieux à prendre avec des bons dans les cafés tout près. Merci à notre hôte Tomislav pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité !

We had a lovely stay at the Villa Nepos hotel as a family of 4. The building is very historic, but also very modernized inside. We had one bedroom for the parents, one bedroom for the kids, seperate bathrooms for each, and a spacious living room with a kitchenette. Manager Toma was very kind and helpful. Staying at a boutique hotel such as Villa Nepos Hotel, is much more comfortable than staying in bigger hotels. We definitely recommend Villa Nepos Hotel.

The most perfect place to stay for our first time in Split.
Pros:

The property was absolutely stunning! My family and I were in awe of how authentic and beautiful the building and our room was.
The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and came with some basic refreshments such as few varieties of tea, coffee and sugar and salt. The beds and pillows were so comfy!
We also cooked a few times and there were enough pots and utensils for us to use.
The location was amazing as well, in the Diocletian’s Palace, and was close by to everything.
Toma was a brilliant host. He was attentive, polite, friendly and helpful throughout our 4 night stay. He helped us walk our luggage to the ferry port the morning we were leaving to Dubrovnik.
Highly recommend staying at Villa Nepos!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property !
