I left earlier as the dust of the fan kept making me sneeze
Pros:

The room faced the car park not a garden aa specified in the description
The fan was full of dust so when we switched it on the whole room got dusty
The shower gel holder did not work in the shower
The water temperature was limited as we could get decent hot water
The yellow cushion stunk of sweats
The wardrobe have different coloured and model of hangers making it look cheap and poor maintenance

Cons:

It did not meet a premium ensuite

Lovely stay 😊
Pros:

Excellent location, very easy check in, everything we needed in room, was nice having a little kitchenette with fresh items in fridge, lovely clean room. Nice little stay, would definitely book again.

Pros:

Nice little breakfast tray was a good addition. Though not a full breakfast, it does the job.

The room had mostly everything one would need.

Cons:

The floor was a bit dirty and the shower a bit grimey.

Great short stay
Pros:

Quiet location but close to Enfield station (where we could get trains to Tottenham stadium). Small parking area at the back of the hotel. Convenient breakfast in the room, and kitchenette area. Comfortable and clean. We slept well!

Relaxing and didn’t have to worry
Pros:

Location was perfect for travel very quiet area and parking was very useful. The breakfast provided was ideal and welcome and the bread in the fridge was nice touch for toast. Facilities in room very good. Communication with host was very good

Cons:

I had room 2 and it was a very very tight squeeze into the room as the wardrobe was behind the door

Ease of finding the property and instructions and information supplied. Good range of facilities in the room. Some negative features, but fine for the one night

Cons:

No access to the property from the parking area at the back. Window latch broken so unable to secure the room. Plug to bathroom sink broken.
