房間大小適中，地理位置極加交通方便，位於市區晚上卻很寧靜，早餐很豐富，也很好吃，前台服務人員親切有效率。值得推薦，下次再訪大阪的首選。
Pros:

房間大小適中，地理位置極佳，距離梅田站很近，白天行走Yodobashi或是Grand front Osaka 的連通橋就能輕鬆抵達大阪站，晚上很寧靜，早餐非常豐富，三人房浴室的浴缸很大，很舒適。

Cons:

硬要挑剔就是枕頭有點軟

地點很不錯！旁邊就是百貨商場，買完東西還可以先拿回飯店放，而且離去機場的巴士站也蠻近的。

Pros:

The location was good, room was clean. Staff was polite and answered all our questions.

Cons:

The washer/dryer app sometimes not accurately displayed the status of those machines. Someone finished but their clothes stayed in the washer for long time, should be removed by the staff.

Wonderful stay in Osaka!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would happily stay here again on a future visit to Osaka. The location was so convenient with multiple shopping areas and the train station only a short walk away. We also appreciated the range of in-room amenities provided (available near reception) which were especially useful halfway through our trip.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. If we were to stay again, we would probably book a room with a view. While the room had a window that let in some natural light, the view was just a plain wall.

ガウディ展の為に利用
Pros:

アメニティが豊富で、サービスのコーヒーが美味しかった。身長150㎝の私が使用しやすい湯船で(大きすぎず狭すぎず(⁠^⁠^⁠))快適だった。

Cons:

何かのタイミング(風圧？)で部屋のドアがガタンと大きな音がした。それ以外は静かに過ごせた。
