位置好，配套全，房间宽敞
Pros:

1、位置无敌，就在LINKS和grand front的对面，拖着箱子去机场大巴就步行8-10分钟，走到JR也是几分钟。
2、免费的挂耳咖啡、护肤品、卸妆油、洗面奶；牙刷要从一楼自己拿上去哟！一楼有行李称，微波炉；二楼有5台投币洗衣机。
3、房间21平方米很大，我带了2大2小的行李箱，都可以放开。卫生间尤其大，在日本很难得碰到这么大的卫生间。
4、网络🛜服务很好，房间还附赠了两瓶水。另外，为了方便游客，特别设计了“不要”贴纸，贴在不要的东西上，服务员打扫卫生时就帮忙收走。

Pros:

朝食が種類も多く、美味しかった。
スタッフの方が、親切でした。
大阪駅の出口により、20分もかかってしまった。でも、ホテルには地図があり
心遣いが素晴らしい。
また、機会があったら宿泊したいです。

Cons:

帰り際にドアの前に10時前にベッドメイキングの準備のものがあり、ちょっと急がされてるようで、少し残念でした。
お掃除、大変なのは分かりますが
まだ、チェックアウトの時間になってないので、改善できると良いのでは？

スタッフの対応は良かったです。皆んな感じが良かった

新しさもあるでしょうが、綺麗に掃除もしてあり気持ちよく過ごせました

Cons:

特にありません。眺望は同じホテルの窓でしたが（中央が吹き抜け？かな）全く気になりません。

Pros:

I am glad this was the first hotel we chose to come to in Japan it really exemplified what professionalism, quality, care, and attentiveness were. Staff was amazing, they took their time and they tried their best to fix a problem, the buffet for breakfast had lots of options and luggage service was smooth.

Cons:

I liked the location because it was between two major shopping centers very convenient and next to the umeda Sky Tower, close by.

Pros:

隔音好，空調系統調整方便，房間打掃進度快。服務人員態度很親切。地理位置優越，到JR大阪站、阪急大阪站、地鐵御筋堂線梅田站都很近，更別說阪急百貨、大丸百貨、Grand front Osaka(還有好多不知道名字大型的商場）就在附近，日本知名的連鎖店都在商場裏逛得到，要吃要買完全沒有問題！
