Pros:

入住時幫忙辦理check in 的 女生 很親切，溫柔地引導我們一步一步操作螢幕， 離開時需要 寄放行李在飯店時，也是她幫忙我們寄存，當時沒有注意她的名字，但是她會說一點國語， 非常感謝妳 ~~

While I was in line waiting for room check-in, the male staff assumed I was with a guy standing in front of me as " family" so he skipped me. I went ahead and spent quite some time explaining I was not in a group with that guy. unpleasant

check in 과정이 빠르지 않았고요~~ 렌트카를 잠시 30분 미만을 주차했는데 check in 과정동안 잠시만요,,,돈을 지불하라고 해서
황당했어요~~ 그러 업무상 check in 뻔한 과장은 유도리있게 면책해 줘야 상식인데 상식이 안통해서 좀 황당했어요!!!

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, rodeado de centros comerciales y de la estación de Osaka Umeda que conecta muy bien

Cons:

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, hemos tenido que hacer un upgrade porque para dos adultos y dos niños incluso la doble superior tiene camas básicamente normales, no dobles.
