Pros:

Excellent location, good value for money and clean, comfortable rooms. Very helpful and friendly reception staff and good to have a safe space to store cases before flights. Great coffee and cafe options closeby, as well as the beauty of Batttery Point and Princes Park. Great to have a kitchen option and iron.

Cons:

Oh, please mend the lift! I did have heavy cases, but someone kindly helped me bring them upstairs. I do miss the stove option rather than just a microwave. Last time, about a year ago, there were better bathroom products.

Lovely old pub with great adjoining restaurant and bar
Pros:

Really nice old pub in quaint neighbourhood a short walk from the centre. Friendly staff and pleasant stay. Our room was a bit small but it was the budget option. Free toast and coffee a bonus.

Cons:

Budget room a bit cramped, but perhaps to be expected

Cool hotel with friendly staff, lovely and quaint suburb
Pros:

Really cute decor and super friendly service. Battery point is a great location. Convenient, well equipped kitchen (basics only). Clean.

Cons:

TV was super slow, so couldn’t watch Netflix. First world problems

Schönes Hotel in einer guten Lage, sehr Zentrumsnah. Die Küche war sehr praktische und hilfreich, da gab es Kaffee, Tee, Toast und Aufstriche, sowie einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher

It was convenient with restaurants and bar facilities and close to cafes, restaurants etc.

It didn’t have a lift which when you are in your 70’s is important.

Grab a beer at the pub and hang out with some local characters.
Pros:

Great ambiance, history and staff were lovely. Room was very comfortable. Different dining options within the hotel. The pub was the best. Good happy hour specials, too.

Cons:

Location of Battery Point is beautiful to walk through. City Center is a little farther and may be a challenge for those who have mobility issues.
