Great value in a prime location

Pros:

Great clean and refurbished rooms in great location, excellent value for money, exceeded expectations. The shippies as locally known is in a perfect quiet residential location 5 mins to salamanca. The staff were fabulous and accomodating, the restaurant downstairs was great and fabulous wine list, my favourite was the seafood chowder. Thursday night jazz in the front bar was great. Saying that the rooms were very quiet, beds comfy, everything grest. Ill be back!! Thanks for looking after me.

Beautiful rooms, an unbeatable location and everything you need just steps away.
Pros:

We had such a great stay! The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of great restaurants, cafés and the centre of town. The rooms were nicer than we expected, really spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We also loved the convenience of being able to simply head downstairs for a meal or a glass of wine. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again!

Nothing was a great stay.

I'll surely comeback if I'm back to Hobart.
Pros:

The place was beautifully built and designed, great ambiance and decoration. Great location, the neighbourhood is so artsy and peaceful, nearby lots of restaurants. The room smells great, everything was perfect.

Cons:

It's just they don't have staffs dedicated for the hotel. However, everything was dedicatedly planned and documented. So it's not much of a disadvantage.

Pros:

Great historic pub renovation, great food, room was spacious and comfortable. Great to walk straight upstairs after the meal!

The lighting needs a rethink: bit basic for the price.

Fabulous!
Pros:

The location was excellent - tucked away in Battery Point, just around the corner from some cute restaurants and the famous bakery. It was a quiet location, the shared kitchen and lounge was a nice touch as the room was quite spacious and the bathroom very clean and freshly renovated. The restaurant downstairs was lovely, with delicious food, and the owner made sure we were looked after. 10/10. PS Order the seafood chowder, absolutely divine!

Cons:

Nothing could have been better.
