Pros:

The room looks quite grand and it is wide for its price, and the bathroom is quite large. The amenities are quite good as well. The problem lies within the condition and area of the property. The rooms are worn down in certain parts and the overall cleanliness is somewhat lacking.

The area surrounding the property is very underwhelming. No convenience stores or supermarkets that are within a 5 minute walk. Nothing to really look at either. The staff are nice enough, but the hotel pretty much shuts down after 10pm.

Overall, not a bad stay for its price.

Pros:

Located in an industrial area. No food nearby and have to travel two subway stations to Geomdan Sageori to look for breakfast

Last option - but doable
Pros:

This hotel is definitely not for a vacations or family. I used for a last minute emergency closed to the airport and it work. Hot water, wifi,close metro and affordable. Its in like a industrial park and at night if feels shady but this is korea so you now nothings is going to happen. Either way for a last minute stay it works.

침구에는 핏자국들이 검게 묻어있고 욕조에는 먼지들과 머리카락이 굴러다닌다. 화장실 불 한개는 들어오지 않았고 드라이기는 테이프로 붙여져있다. 급하게 체크인해서 들어온 곳이지만 연박은 비추
