Pros:

L’appartamento era davvero bello, con vista lago stupenda. La posizione dell’hotel è davvero ottima, si arriva al centro di malcesine a piedi lungo lago in 15 minuti. Lo staff davvero molto cordiale. La colazione abbondante e buona

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer 1 war sehr geräumig mit einem großen Badezimmer und zwei Stufen ä, die in den Wohnbereich führen.

Cons:

Hätten gerne nach einem langen Ausflugstag im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, allerdings war die Speisekarte dazu doch zu minimalistisch. Die Speisekarte war eher für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch.

Czuliśmy się jak u siebie - z pięknymi widokami!
Pros:

Super personel, bardzo pomocni. Lokalizacja wygodna, z prywatną plażą, 15 minut pieszo wzdłuż jeziora od centrum Malcesine i głównych atrakcji. Bardzo czysto, czuliśmy się jak u siebie- zachwycający widok z pokoju z balkonem. Dodatkowo do dyspozycji zadaszone jaccuzzi i basen. Mimo deszczu mogliśmy skorzystać wieczorkiem. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone, z pyszną kawą. Restauracja z pięknym widokiem i zadaszonym, osłoniętym od wiatru tarasem do dyspozycji gości ze smacznym jedzeniem w przystępnych cenach.

Kleines besonderes Hotel mit einer Traumlage oberhalb vom See
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist schon was Besonderes, morgens beim Frühstück ein Blick
über den halben See zu bekommen von der großen Terrasse – das ist kaum zu überbieten.
Es gehört ein Privatstrand – also ein kleines Stück vom Gardasee zum Hotel – das ist perfekt.
Das die Via Gardesana direkt vor dem Hotel entlangführt stört im Grunde nicht.
Zur weiteren Ausstattung gehören ein Pool/Liegewiese oberhalb vom Gebäude
mit einem ebenso spektakulären Blick auf den See.
Der Frühstücksraum mit angrenzender Außenterrasse sind hell und freundlich,
ich habe beim Frühstück nichts vermißt. Es gibt tägliche andere Leckereien zum Naschen.
Das junge Hotelier Paar ist sehr herzlich und aufmerksam, können einem sehr gute Tips für Restaurant und Ausflugszielen geben.
Das herzliche-freundliche-aufmerksame trifft auf alle Mitarbeiter in der Villa Carmen zu – Danke noch einmal dafür.
Wir hatten für unsere Motorräder eine geschlossene Garage.
Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer - Balkon mit Gartenblick.

Cons:

Im Grunde gibt es nichts auszusetzen, der eine oder andere Hinweis.
Die besonders schöne Lage oberhalb der Straße ist vielleicht nicht für jeden geeignet. Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist sollte das wissen. Der Parkraum und die Auffahrten zum Hotel sind steil und eng – ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Der schöne Weg entlang dem See zur Altstadt nach Malcesine dauert gemütliche 35 Minuten.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit super Blick auf den Gardasee, in 20 min ist man in der Stadt, ein kleiner Privatstrand mit Liegen über die Straße gehört zum Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Bett total bequem! Die Inhaber sind super freundlich, wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war auch klasse - wir hatten einen sehr guten Urlaub. Danke!

Très chouette
Pros:

Situation exceptionnelle avec superbe vue sur le lac pour prendre le petit-déjeuner ou boire un verre. Jeune couple de propriétaires très sympathique. Petit déjeuner varié. Piscine et jacuzzi propres.
Une précision importante : l'hôtel se situe à 20 minutes à pied de Malcesine (chemin sécurisé le long du lac). Malcesine que nous avons adoré par rapport à Riva del Garda où nous avons aussi séjourné.

Cons:

Le fait qu'il faille payer un supplément quotidien de 5 euros pour pouvoir faire fonctionner le climatiseur dans la chambre. Vu le prix déjà payé pour la chambre avec petit-déj (environ 145 €), cette démarche ne nous parait pas correcte!
