Perfect location
Pros:

Great location.
Staff were great.
Clean towels and room serviced everyday.

Cons:

Room was very warm, although it was simple to just turn the radiators off so it wasn't an issue then.
Food was generally just about warm never overly hot.

חדרים נחמדים עם מטבחון חדר שינה וסלון עם מרפסת .המנקות חביבות ועושות עבודתן נאמנה, צוות המלון בקבלה ובחדר האוכל מקסים ונותן שירות מכל הלב. ציוד סקי ניתן להשכיר ממש ליד.

Cons:

חסר קצת גיוון בארוחות ובערב תשלום על השתיה רק במזומן . לא ניתן לחייב את החדר או אשראי

Pros:

Понравился коллектив работников. Все внимательные, доброжелательные. У меня был день рождения. Помогли моей дочери заказать цветы, открытку. Поздравили вином и тортиком!! Всем спасибо!!!

Cons:

Не очень понравилось питание. Однообразно. Может быть это связано с тем, что в отеле было мало посетителей.

Cons:

В Букинг е посочено,че има басейн,заради което резервирахме именно тук. Оказа се,че басейнът се намира в друг хотел и затова не влиза в цената. Не е редно да се посочва такова удобство, щом не се предлага.

I think for the people who keep coming there every year, staff should make some improvements.
Pros:

The accomodation is very near the ski slopes. The room was clean and the maids came every day.

Cons:

This is the third time we were in Daisy appartement. The staff didn't bother to solve the problem with the wi-fi connection which was often very poor. Also, there is a problem with the parking where, second year in row, we were blocked with some local people and had to wait for the staff to call them to move their car. First time this year, one evening there was no buffet table but only couple of meals to make a choice, with no explanation why. At last, this year we got the appartement where the bathroom/toilet was located in our bedroom so every time our daughter from the other room had to use it, she had to walk through and wake us up. One more "interesting thing" - we got the electric cattle for water, but in the kitchen there was no electric plug in so we had to put it on the floor where there was a plug in.

It is very old and run down complex. Restaurant food selection and quality were extremely poor. There is no free wifi in the rooms.
