Pros:

Много сме впечатлени - невероятна локация, чистота, вкусна храна и страхотен персонал. Хората бяха толкова любезни и усмихнати, със сигурност ще се върнем отново съвсем скоро!!!

Cons:

Стаите не са лоши, но баните са твърде малки. Имахме включени закуска и вечеря. На закуска напитките бяха безплатни, но на вечеря дори за вода трябваше да се плащат по 3 €, което според мен не е нормално, особено като се има предвид, че нощувките са скъпи и пакетът включва закуска и вечеря.

Храната беше доста безвкусна и нямаше голям избор. Единствено десертите бяха добри.

На блок масата имаше две служителки, които постоянно наблюдаваха гостите, споглеждаха се и се смееха, докато хората си сипваха храна. Това оставяше много неприятно впечатление.

Малкият басейн (джакузито) беше зелен, а големият също не изглеждаше чист. Освен това в хотела имаше поне 50–60 деца. Разбирам, че това не е вина на хотела, но с толкова много шум беше невъзможно да се почива. В стаите се чуваше абсолютно всичко – шумът от коридора, виковете и тряскането на вратите.

Според мен хотелът не отговаря на нивото на 4 звезди и не бих го посетила отново.

Pros:

Всичко ми хареса, стаята, спа центъра, храната в ресторанта. Беше чисто, удобно. Всичко е направено с вкус и стил.

Pros:

מלון יפה, הסביבה מהממת. ארוחת בוקר טובה, מיטות נוחות.

Cons:

לא יודעת אם זה משהו שהיה בשליטתם או לא אבל היתה תקלה של מים, היינו שעתיים בלי מים להתקלח וזה עיכב לנו את היציאה מהחדר.
למעלית יש קטע לפעמים שהיא מגיעה לקומה אבל הדלת לא נפתחת..
ישנו רק לילה 1 אז לא נורא אבל אם היינו שוהים כמה לילות זה יכל להיות מטרד.

Pros:

Стаите са ремонтирани качествено и с вкус. Местоположението е фантастично. Чувства се страхотен уют. Храната е превъзходна. Опитните рецепционисти и сервитьори са на високо ниво

Cons:

Стаята беше със скосен таван и за по-високи хора е твърде неудобна. Новият персонал не се справя на ниво.

Mixed feelings
Pros:

Massages at the spa was exeptionally good
Very nice garden with playground for the kids

Cons:

The noise from the street with night party till 4 am in the morning on Saturday evening and music show at the hotel with music till 12 am .. basically two nights was not possible to sleep.
Food was also very poor in terms of choice and quility and kids corner were not properly safe.. e.g. batteries in the kids corner, broken trampolin etc.. not safe !

I liked the room, the location and the view and the desserts

Cons:

I didn't like a member of the staff in the restaurant, she was rude and unhelpful but I don't know her name. Also, the dinner food was not very good.

Only the location!

Cons:

1. For registration we had to wait more than 10 minutes forb the receptionist to speak on the phone, instead of paying attention to the waiting guests.After that she was definitely rood-we have not seen such a bad attitude neither in Bulgaria, nor abroad....
2. We were a group with 3rooms booked according to booking's proposal and the rooms were in 3 different floors, and we were not warned for that.
3. The rooms were really very small...., and the bathrooms were wth dimensions of a toilet, with a shour cabin insaid-absolutely inconvenient.
4.The water in the pool was very dirty, and this is the first hotel pool I see without a shour next to the pool.....
5.Food was with insufficient quality-fried slices, gofretas etc. in breakfast were cold. No allergens were pointed for any of the food, and the staff could not give us info about nuts-absurd for the kitchen of a 4 star hotel.....
6. Missing springs of the child trampoline in the garden, without any mark- we saw this when a child felt from the trampoline ....
All this made me feel cheated....sorry to be honest....but this experience was really the worst one I have ever had in hotels....
