Pros:

За втори път сме в хотела. Всичко е на ниво. Размерите са малки на всичко: стая, легло, баня, душ, спа, басейн, но хотелът е реновиран и всичко е стилно, удобно и уютно. Храната е хубава. Любезен персонал.

Cons:

Много силни препарати в басейна, още имам неприятни усещания в очи и по кожата.

Excellent place, great value for money
Pros:

We've visited Borovets many times over the past few years, and this was the best hotel we've stayed in so far.
Our room and bathroom were quite small, but very comfortable for a couple. Everything was clean and modern, and we were lucky to have a lovely mountain view from our window. The only small improvement I would suggest is the bedding – the duvet insert seemed a little tired and the duvet itself was a bit small for two people. That said, the room was very warm and cosy, so it didn’t affect our stay too much.
The location is excellent – just steps from the gondola station and very central for shops and restaurants, which made everything incredibly convenient.
As a vegetarian, I was initially a little hesitant about booking the half-board option, but I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of non-meat dishes available, especially at dinner. There were always several vegetarian options, along with at least five different salads that you could mix and match. The desserts were also fantastic, with a selection of cakes each evening, all delicious.
Every member of staff we interacted with – from the restaurant team and spa staff to the receptionists and cleaners – was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We were particularly touched on our first night when we arrived late and found that dinner had been set aside for us at 21:30.
The spa area was also very nice and well maintained. We used the steam room and sauna every day (robes and slippers were provided in the room), and on our last day we treated ourselves to a massage (for an additional fee), which was absolutely perfect after several days of skiing.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when returning to Borovets.

Хотел като база , качество, удобство,персонал ,чистота е фантастичен. Добро обслужване , усмихнат персонал , бързо реагиране.

Cons:

Единственият малък минус е , басейн в спа зоната трябва да е по топъл .

Pros:

Местоположението на хотела е прекрасно - близо до пистите. Има паркинг, включитлено и подземен, което е удбство когато вали сняг или дъжд.
Фоайето е приятно място за разговор след вечеря.
Храната е добре, както закуската, така и вечерята.

Cons:

Банята - това, че е малка не е толкова съществено, но това че липсва място в душ кабината за посавяне на шампоан/душ гел е наистина доста неудобно. Не достигат и закачалките в банята, особено като се съберат хавлии за след душ, хавлии за басейн. Няма удобно закачалка за кърпата за лице. Имаше и лека миризма на канал.
Стаята е широка, но освен в коридора, няма друго място за поставяне на куфар, а ако е повече от един става още по-сложно. Закачалката в коридора е и за ски дрехите, които в един момент се оказват върху куфарите.
В Спа зоната можеше да има парна баня или още някакъв вид сауна, освен сухата.

Would definitely stay again as hotel was lovely for Bulgarian standards . Beds super comfy and food lovely . Great locat
Pros:

Close to gondola. Clean and nicely furnished modern and upgraded . Bedrooms lovely with comfortable beds and pillows and good space . Bathroom small but clean and functional . Great size tv and great clothing space . Small fridge supplied and some complimentary water and tea /coffee . Food excellent, tasty and plenty of choice . Lovely deserts . Only issue is no water at table for evening meal . All drink had to be purchased . Solution was to fill a water bottle with water from breakfast and bring it down with us although really water should be free . Only 2 coffee machines at breakfast which kept breaking down .

Cons:

No British channels on bedroom tv and to watch Netflix you had to pay . Some of the sofas in the lounge area are already badly worn . No water supplied at tables for evening meals . All drinks had to be purchased . Coffee machines only 2 kept breaking down
