Pros:

Perfect location to hike Musala. Very clean, comfortable and good facilities. Great selection of food for breakfast and evening meal.

Wonderful and relaxing stay, with excellent service, a great breakfast, and a fantastic location
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has an excellent location, everything was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety and high-quality food. We would also like to give special compliments to the massage therapist, who is highly skilled and provided an excellent massage. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

The only areas that could be improved are that the hotel facilities are starting to show their age and would benefit from some renovation. We also missed blackout curtains in the room, as they would make it much easier to sleep well in the morning.
