Pros:

The staff are very nice although they dont speak english but do their best to help. Our room was comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were tasty and plentiful. We were alone at the spa as it is offseason...and it was nice.

The bathroom is a bit small

Pros:

The Lobby, spa, and the restaurant were in great conditions.

Cons:

The room was small and located on the 4th floor with a sloped roof. The TV was placed in a strange position, and the channels kept changing by themselves while watching, as if it was picking up the signal from the remote control in the next room. When I booked the room online, the photos looked different from the room I actually received.
The food was nothing special — only a few options — although you could still find something to eat. I chose this hotel because it was rated 9.1 on Booking.com, but unfortunately my experience did not match the expectations.

Прекрасно място!
Pros:

Това е второто ни посещение в хотела. Бяхме резервирали икономична стая с идеята, че в нея само ще преспим със съпругата ми, но в последния момент решихме да вземем с нас и внука. На рецепция ни предложиха по-комфортна стая за тримата без доплащане, за което сме много благодарни на милата дама, която ни настани. В хотела нямаше много хора за това закуската и вечерята бяха по меню, но имаше достатъчно разнообразие за да направиш избор. В СПА центъра беше топло и чисто. И двата басейна бяха с топла вода, като тази в детския беше много топла. Работеше една от сауните и една парна баня, и като нямаше хора беше пълен релакс!
