Cons:

Не ми хареса храната извън включените закуска и вечеря. Поръчахме от ресторанта няколко ястия от менюто за обяд - пилешки хапки, задушени картофи и пилешка супа. Пилешките хапки бяха сурови, картофите - мазни и хрупкави, а пилешката супа я сервираха вряла с много мазнина (предполагам е била замразена). Хубавото е, че когато споделихме за тези неща на сервитьорката тя предложи да не се включват в сметката.

Great experience!
Pros:

Friendly staff, cosy and relaxed atmosphere, great restaurant.

Cons:

Just one mixed sauna, the other two were like strictly for women/men, which I think is quite inconvenient, especially when there are a lot of people.

Very adequate, far from exceptional. Got a good night's sleep, cannot complain!
Pros:

Amazingly attentive staff.
They were able to accommodate some special requests we had regarding meals.
Gorgeous location, super close to chair lifts.
Breakfast/dinner are satisfactory.
Lots of free parking.

Cons:

Rooms are small.
Bathrooms are tiny.
Gym is very small and uncomfortable to use.
The hotel could use a renovation.
