Pros:

Nothing Really. Disappointing Stay.

Cons:

From indifferent check in staff at the Reception, Unduly long check in process, Dated Rooms, Poor Lighting, tired Washrooms and Absolutely indifferent servers at the Buffet Breakfast...the stay was very disappointing. Will not be staying a Westin again .

Because of the slippery bathrooms, may not choose to stay there again

The view from the top floors is nice. Went to Nori for dinner. food was flavourful and tasty. overall had a good experience at the restaurant.

Cons:

Firstly, I was celebrating my parents 51st anniversary so we were staying at the hotel for the weekend. The anniversary bit was made known to the hotel folks and they left a cake on the table :( We found it on checking in! Extremely impersonal and unhospitable action i would say. Staff was rather cold in their behaviour and not that friendly.

Expected better from the brand.
