Pros:

The room was luxurious , clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping staff was nice . I would come again just for the stay.

Cons:

Food is a no-no. Almost everything in the dinner buffet was cold. Chicken seemed like a day old. Desserts were better. The morning breakfast was better but still improvements required. Staff was not very attending. Reception at checkin was indifferent and didn't even tell us what all facilities existed and what the timings of the buffet are or how to contact them.

Comfy stay with all the things needed.
Pros:

The stay, rooms, view, ambience everything was very good, comfortable, beautiful and warm. Loved the experience!

Cons:

The breakfast can be better in terms of taste of the items available. Otherwise everything was fine.
