Pros:

Welcoming staff, room looked exactly as on the photos, spacious and clean, hotel is centrally located but in a Sude street so it was quiet. We had a very good stay.

Pictures shown and actual room conditions are not accurate. Earlier treebo rooms in Bangalore were 9/10. This one is 4/10. Bathrooms were rusted and yellow colored. Rooms were very congested. TV was not working. Overall bad exp

Pathetic hotel. Not value for money..

Bad location. No parking at all. Mentioned that booking includes parking. But there is no parking at all.
Cold served breakfast. Some breakfast brought from outside and served in containers which are not even warmed to keep the breakfast hot.
No soap and accessories in the bathroom.
The room was smelling weird..

THE FLUSH AT BATHROOM WASNT WORKING . MOST IMPORTANTLY DURING CHECK IN I HAVE TOLD MY GST HAS TO BE GIVEN IN TWO SEPERATE COMPANIES AS WE HAVE BOOKED TWO SEPERATE ROOMS . BUT THE STAFF BILLED IN SAME GST COMPANY . FURTHER WHEN REQUESTED TO CHANGE HE SAID IT CANNOT BE DONE. DISSAPOINTED! I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREEBO CUSTOMER , BUT VERY DISSAPOINTING.

Cons:

I could'nt stay in Treebo C Plaza because they cancelled my booking without assigning any reason. Booking.com says that you can pay at the property. But Treebo sends a message asking for immediate payment. Before I could see their message, my booking had been cancelled by them. Not likely to stay there in future.
