Pros:

Dislikes- No TV,1 plastic chair only,Very dark room,had to pay a extra 350 pesos for air conditioning which surprised us,there was a torn ugly spare mattress lying against the wall !

They need to study how to run a hotel. Almost got no assistance. They even forgot about our booking!

Cannot recommend this Hotel
Pros:

My family did not get the room I reserved for them. The hotel claim that we didn’t have any reservation with them even tho we showed them the confirmation number and email. They also claim that they did not received any confirmation email. My family was given instead a guest room which is the only one available that sleeps two people instead of six. No water in our room and they turned off the light on us when we were at their roof top. They didn't told us about the cut off time or closing time of the roof top if there is any. No receptionist at night when we need something. No receptionist when we checked out so we just left the hotel without talking to anyone. All in all I did not get the room reservation I purchased and instead got a much lower class of room. Looks to me that the hotel cheated us on our reservation and may have gotten the full payment from Hotel.Com instead of the cheaper room they gave us.

Don't go there!
Pros:

The staff is very welcoming and nice but clearly this is not a place to stay when you come to an island! The hotel is far from the beach on the complete other side of the island. The bed is small we couldn't fit and we were located behind a farm with noisy pigs and roosters. Needless to say, we stayed less than an hour in the hotel and went for something else!
