Fantastiskt god och fräsch frukost med bästa personalen!

Cons:

Priset var alldeles för dyrt. Bilderna på rummen såg väldigt fräscha ut, men rummen var gamla och relativt slitna.

Vous avons été accueilli par des personnes super sympathiques et un super plateau de bienvenue.
Le petit déjeuner inclus était super. Le restaurant est excellent et un très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande vivement . Le personnel super agréable et très professionnel.

Une chambre avec une porte d’entrée pas du tout isolé et pas du tout insonorisé.

Great hotel to explore Alassio and the quiet side of the Italian Riviera!!

Great location; close to train station and the sea!!
We were welcomed with Italian hospitality and a bottle of Asti!! The room was spacious and clean; bed was comfy.
Breakfast was fantastic with healthy options and attentive staff to prepare special omelets on request. The 2 ladies in the breakfast room were friendly and welcoming.
Enrico was especially gracious in making recommendations and providing itinerary for day trips. We would definitely stay at Hotel Ristorante Toscana when we return to Alassio!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti prima di Capodanno con la nostra bimba di due anni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, personale gentile e disponibile, con piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza.

Pros:

I cannot answer these questions correctly. The hotel was good. The staff were nice. Location was good. Breakfast was great. Dinner was good but they sat me alone surrounded by little children.
Major problem. They worked my car in their garden. They parked a car in front of mine. They could not find the key to that car for one hour. They had many excuses as they couldn't find the key. After I got totally aggravated the eventually found the key. I waited one hour in the sun.
So, other than this key problem, which was major, the hotel was good.

Alles bestens, sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Wir wollten gegen einen Aufpreis Halbpension buchen. Das wurde abgelehnt, weil wir über booking gebucht haben. Unverständlich, dass das Hotel auf dieses Zusatzgeschäft verzichtet hatte. Wir gingen dann woanders essen. Auch sehr bürokratisch der CheckIn weil ich die Identitätskarte von meinem Sohn zuhause vergessen hatte. Erst nach der Zusendung eines Fotos per Email wurde uns Eintritt gewährt.
