Everything was excellent, the room, location, service, cleanses, breakfast and staff were very friendly specially mr.Ahmet. as a conclusion it is perfect. Sure will stay in poyraz next trip to the lovely uzungol.

Oda küçük ve klima yoktu, manzarasi güzeldi, duş kabininin kapısı yoktu, sicak su geç geliyordu, cam balkon tamamen açılmıyordu, çıkacak gibi oldu geri taktım. Kahvaltı salonunda herkesin değdiği esyalarla kahvaltilarimizi tabaklara koydugumuz icin bir el yikama kismi olsa iyi olurdu. Odadaki dolaplarin bir kısmı yatak basliginin ustune denk geliyordu, oraya ulasmak icin yataga ayakla basmak gerekiyordu, hosuma gitmedi. Çalışanlar cana yakındı. Otopark 5 dk uzaktaydi

It is ideally located beside the lake and mosque. Clean place with great views in evening and night . Courteous hosts , tea was on the house in evening to sit out and watch the lake . They were cooperative in providing the breakfast earlier than usual time as we were scheduled to get a flight .
However , 1 washroom without any exhaust fan in a suite meant for which made it a bit stuffy

I did NOT like this Hotel. I suspect Uzungol is a relatively new tourist attraction so there are growing pains. They need to improve their standards given the prices being charged to tourists.

Rooms not kept in good condition: My mom and I stayed in a room with the following problems:
• A small holed knocked into the wall
• A door bar that was broken off.
• No conditioner or body wash
• The shampoo dispenser on the wall isn’t bolted onto the wall- it was glued on!

Unsafe shower floor tiles: The floor tiles in the shower seem like the same type that the wall tiles are. Meaning they are insanely slippery! I was genuinely concerned my mother who is almost 70 was going to be injured from a fall in the shower. Change the shower tiles!

Poor Hotel Amenities: The mini-fridge has nothing in it and the hotel has minimal supply of bottled water other than what is in a fridge located OUTSIDE the hotel (at the front).

This hotel is located exactly infront of Uzongol Lake. They'll take your vehicle to park somewhere which is free. Breakfast buffet available which was included in the room price. Hotel is costly due to the location and it's very neat and clean. The receptionist speaks Turkish and Arabic only. Rooms are without ac or fan. When we stayed it was 12 degrees + raining everytime. Nearby alot of eateries and shops. Overall excellent place. Btw, building have an elevator. We came for 1 day stay but ended up staying 2 days.

The place is hygienic and the staff is so friendly
Unfortunately, we had rude noisy neighbors next door who did not stop making noises even in early mornings with no response from the staff.
The place is recommended, just make sure you reserve a proper spot.

The hotel is beside the lake
Restaurants and shops and the mosque are nearby
However the rooms are small and no air condition or heaters

Excellent place, helpful management and clean place.

The guy at the front-desk, Ahmad, was very very nice and helpful.

The lighting in the room is poor, it's a dim light.

The WiFi signal is too weak using the Internet in the room is annoying I had to spend a good amount of time in the eating area downstairs (whose light is also off).

The room is clean and the breakfast is acceptable.

Overall, and for the price, acceptable.
