Pros:

設備が老朽化して、温泉でも室内のお風呂でも温かいお湯が出ないので、髪の毛を洗うことができませんでした。立替を検討された方がよいと思います。
エレベーターの前に殺虫剤がたくさん備置されているのも気になりました。

トイレの床を歩くとギシギシ…写真と比べると部屋の雰囲気がちがう…エレベーターホールに殺虫剤がたくさん置いてあり『ご自由にどうぞ』という感じでした。もしかしたらと思い部屋に持ち込むと案の定Gが出てきて…大浴場の脱衣所の荷物置き場には鍵がなく、貴重品ボックスは扉に窓があり、中が丸見えの上窓から中の物にも手が届きそう…5階にある大浴場の浴槽のふちを10センチほどのカニが歩き…部屋の露天風呂も清潔感がなくとても使えない…もちろんプールも　とても入りたいとは思えない

オレンジ色の建物は目立ち、入りくんだ場所にありますが遠目から発見できます

建物はよき昭和の作りで古さはありますが、館内は清掃が行き届いている。清潔感はあります。
アメニティは過不足なし、快適に過ごせる

温泉は掛け流しで泉質がよかった
料金はビジネスホテル+αで、料金以上の満足度です

惜しい！ほぼ満足。
Pros:

施設の老朽化はあるが、清掃はキチンとされている。露天風呂の排水溝だけはもう少し綺麗にした方が良い。
水のペットボトル2本が無料は嬉しい。
朝食もバイキングではないが、大変美味しく満足。温泉のお湯も最高だか、男女の入替がなかったのが残念。

快適を提供する中堅規模のホテルで満足。
Pros:

ロケーション的には、少し不便さもあるが、レンタカーがあれば、アドベンチャーワールドにも、外食にも全く問題なし。
朝食も美味しく、連泊だったので、翌朝の朝食は内容も変えて提供されるなど、心遣いの配慮が良かった。
客室の清掃も行き届いて、快適に過ごせた。
各スタッフも概ね、サービスには充分な気配りが出来ていた。

Pros:

入り口の扉，ドアの建て付けが気になった。
お風呂のお湯は良かった。掛け流しの湯がたっぷり流れていて気持ちがいい。
夜20時過ぎに入ったので、もう少し早めに入りたかったなと思った。
アップグレードのお部屋はとても過ごしやすかったです。

全体的に満足です
Pros:

受付の方の対応もよく、お料理もおいしく、室内も清潔で満足です。
部屋についている壺の露天風呂は、自分でお湯を入れるタイプで温泉ではないようです。
誕生日の旅行だと電話でお伝えしたので、なにか少し言葉だったりあったら嬉しかったのですが、何もなかったのでそこは少し残念でした。

疲れた体を癒せました

今回は、熊野古道巡礼が目的で、巡礼2日目を終えて宿泊しました。スタッフの対応は、感じが良かったです。食事なしの素泊まりでした。温泉の大浴場が5階にあり、眺めも良く、温度も程よく、新型コロナウィルスのせいか空いていて・・とても気持ちよかったです。巡礼の疲れが取れました。1泊でしたが、2度入りました。室内に、本格的なマッサージ機が設置されていて、使いました。最高に気持ちよかったです。

Pros:

温泉も部屋も清潔で広く、自分は結構満足でしたが、夜中にどこか電気系統が故障したらしく、暖房とウォシュレットが使えなくなり、ダンナは寒くて困ったらしいです。突発的なトラブルらしく、しょうがないとは思いますが。。。一点、朝食バイキングを楽しみにしていたら定食スタイルでした。味はよかったのですが、事前に分かるようになっているとよいと思います。朝のコーヒーサービスや水素水はもっと宣伝してもよいかも。

Needs many updates. Bed was like a cardboard box. Outdoor tub was dirty, and situated precariously beneath an air condensor. No views from room. Elevators can barely hold 2 people with small bags.

露天風呂の温度が低い
Pros:

ゴールデンウイーク中に10人の家族旅行で利用しました。和洋室2室が確保でき楽しい旅行となりました。ただ、部屋付きの露天風呂は使用できず、また大浴場の露天風呂は湯の温度が低すぎました。子供はプール替わりにして遊んでいましたが、大人は天候の影響（雨模様雨）もありあしたが、快適とは言えませんでした。内風呂は程よい温度だっただけに残念です。
