Große, saubere Zimmer und hervorragender Service
Pros:

Das Hyatt House Gebze hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, modern und außergewöhnlich sauber. Mit der eigenen Küche und dem Kühlschrank eignet sich das Hotel besonders gut für Familien mit Kindern bzw. Kleinkindern. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Es hat mir rundum gefallen. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden.

Great hotel for our stay in Gebze
Pros:

Spacious rooms, especially the one bed suite we were in. Good size pool and gym. Location next to mall was good. Breakfast was great!!

Great hotel
Pros:

Fantastic Hotel, rooms were well laid out with adequate space and storage, great customer service and facilities. Hotel adjoined to the mall which was useful.

Pros:

We stayed at the Hyatt with dozens of others for a sports world cup. Mehmet on reception was a fantastic host and even let me borrow his Istanbul card for the train. The guys in the bar and resteraunt were brilliant. Great food highly recommended but be hungry. The executive chef solved all our problems as my wife is a celiac. He really went above and beyond to look after us thank you. The accommodation was great and exceptionally clean, the ladies were quick, efficient and lovely. The location of the hotel is great and we would recommend it highly if visiting Gebze thank you team Hyatt it was excellent.
